I don't think Yoriichi even told Tanjiro's ancestor the form names. Also, on a somewhat unrelated note. What name would you give the unnamed 13th form of Hinokami Kagura? I'd call it either Rising Phoenix, Setting Sun or Break of Dawn, Rising Phoenix. Because it's the culmination of all Sun Breathing forms designed to defeat Muzan and bring about a new age. Hence the Rising Phoenix, the rebirth of the world without the Demon King.
