I'm Wylie, a Westie that was born in Singapore & taken to my forever home in Nov 2015 to my pawrents Natalie & David. They come from Newcastle upon Tyne, so I am a Singaporean Geordie!
I love to travel and have visited a total of 18 countries so far (Singapore, Thailand, Netherlands, England, Scotland, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Slovenia, Japan & South Korea).

Kinchakuda Red Spider Lily Flower Festival 2024 | 巾着田曼珠沙華まつり
We went to Kinchakuda to see the biggest collection of red spider lillies in the whole of Japan. They only bloom for about 1 week per year so you have to get your timing right! We drove across the Tokyo Bay Aqualine from Tokyo to Chiba stopping at the Umehotaru service station which is in the middle of the Bay and even has a dog run. The tunnel is the 4th longest underwater tunnel in the whole world! did the water on the crate come with it? or did you bring it for the flight? and what documents did you need to bring for your dog? im planning to fly my toy poodle from tokyo to okinawa
They provided the water bottle included in the pet fee and we got to keep it afterwards also. In terms of documents I believe we just showed them our vaccine book. If you check on their website it tells you what you need to bring with you 🙏
Beautiful, but I prefer the cherry blossoms, however Wylie wherever he goes🐶💕🐾 well done mummy for driving! The burgers looked yummy!
Yes I think the cherry blossoms are nicer also. I almost got left at home as thought dogs weren’t allowed to go until I saw one of my Instagram friends there yesterday! So thankfully it was a good day out for us all. Daddy probably needs a stiff drink after mammy’s driving though 😂

We were so excited to book this residence for our stay in Bangkok due to they don’t change no per pet - per day fee . But wanted make sure it’s apply currently in 2024 . And guess what the receptionist told me ?! First day would be 1500 baht fee, second 850, the third and so on is a 100 baht daily 😂
Ah yes, they changed their policy about a year ago. So we no longer stay there, which is a shame as it was a good place! Depending on how long you are staying for, the Doubletree Hilton just behind charges per stay 2,500 baht. That's usually where we stay now. Last time we stayed at Kimpton as that's free but the hotel rates are much higher.

Yes it’s good to get out and stretch the legs. Since I came back from my holidays I’ve been asking for more walks every night too and the weather has finally stopped being so hot so we can walk a lot more again now ❤️❤️❤️

This didn't explain anything. What if you have a dog bigger than a beagle?
The video explains exactly how to find the Narita Express, how to get tickets, how to pay the extra for the dog, what the cost is, what the restrictions are (up to 10kg and must be kept in a carrier). Anything that doesn’t fit within the requirements eg a dog over 10kg, isn’t allowed on so will need to find an alternate form of transport.

It’s so nice to find these places. There’s certainly a lot of pet friendly places here you just have to hunt them out 😂 it’s easier to find them if you search in Japanese but it’s so hard to learn 🥴

Help - This looks wonderful, but Singapore Airlines says we can only bring our small dog onboard if it's a Special assistance animal. Did you have to get some sort of medical papers to prove your need? I'm so frustrated. Please let me know. Thanks!
Yes this is correct. We travelled as ESA but they stopped allowing that from 1st April 2023. Only assistance dogs are allowed on board now I’m afraid 😔
