Muuuuuuch easier said than done. It's extremely difficult for me to not react in kind to an insult and if i don't, i just feel weak, not unaffected by the insult, plus when I've tried non reaction, all it did was get the insulter to keep hurling insults over and over. People have the right to defend themselves and stand up for themselves. There's nothing wrong with that. A rattlesnake has a rattle and venomous fangs for a reason. A deer has antlers for the same reason.

Poof, when your consciousness drops out of you and never to return again, all the world issues and problems and the world will disappear at the very same time... A man can be guided or pointed towards the parth to Buddhahood, but he alone can go there and no one else can hold his hand and bring him there, for this journey is the one going within himself towards the Great Centre of Himself or Herself... This journey is to be done in this very life time, not ten incarnations later, if you don't, this life of your is totally wasted....
