In Red Tornado (2009) Issue I, it’s revealed that Thomas Oscar Morrow (T.O. Morrow) that he was the one who created Red Tornado and had an I.Q. north of 200. Batman managed to recreate Red Tornado when he was a pile of busted up junk, in just under, if not over 12 hours. Batman by comparison has an I.Q. over 200 himself. An I.Q. of 192, isn’t an accurate valuation anymore.

Literally one "evil" variant of Atom has devastated the entire league before. Only bad writing has had this character lose a couple of fist fights. The character has the ability to effectively warp reality and exist outside of linear time. Loses in fist fights against a guy he could just turn normal. 💀
