It’s shocking that an undefeated 4x state champion has a 4-3 record, and wasn’t even on the lineup this night. Just goes to show how much different of a level college wrestling is

It looks like the NCAA will ALWAYS continue to allow stalling to be 90% of matches. It makes the sport VERY boring to watch. I’m a fan of the sport and have been following it for over 50 years. I want wrestling to be popular but I’ve just about lost all my patience in hoping that the sport would demand more action and scoring. Hell I get bored, I fast forward most of the matches looking for action and most of the time there is none. The NCAA needs to fix this or the sport will die. The sad thing is that they never will. I’m just about done with wrestling.

Im so sad for our wrestlers, I know several multiple time state champions without a scholarship or just partials . There are more wrestlers than ever and every single year it seems wrestling is the first programs schools drop.
