I believe this 100% ! I won't get into the long details, but before youtube, all day video searching, I wanted a certain thing in life. I went to bed every night with the same visualization. No, it didn't turn out exactly the way I envisioned, but the similarities of what I'd visualized are amazing! I believe if I would have had help with it, it would have been better

Not all all relatable. I guess I am not awakened. Ah well.

I've one of these problems before especially with lack of sleep when I've experienced a problem from a toxic work environment, or just had nightmares I'd find it hard to relax when I'm over reacting to things i wouldn't normally act on...i felt like these were emotional shifts i was going through since puberty and from overcoming truma, from depression, bullying sucidal thoughts and self esteem issues...most times I'd feel things or think things that would seem less normal...I'm a empath with autism it was like i was with supernatural gifted powers to do things i didn't really know i could do weird story right?.

I GO THROUGH THIS FROM TIME TO TIME/ TRUE!
