Unibody... not cool.... cost cutting production methods that began with ford doing this with tyhe mustang. Nothing like the feel of a body on frame constructed car it feels so solid & fixed. Im gm guy i never liked the way novas or cameros felt in this era either..big fan of Abody chevelle but by far the B body platform of gm, like pontiac buick and chevy ilove my body by fisher full frame 1972 Caprice 4,100 lb solid tankbt 400ci small block cubic inch torque monster v8 factory disc front 10 drum rear , factory 4 linked rear , factory variatable ratio power steering new to m b body thatear makes them incredible nimble tight and quick turning left to rigjt wheel steering lock positions with 3 complete revolutions of steering wheel is incredibly and the rate of traveling speed changes the ratio of input needed to steer unless you have driven a car like it its hard to underatand but its something all modern cars have now from 90s to the advent of electric steering systems gm developers changed the world even at 21.8 ft bumper to bumper the car u turn on a 2 way strèt thats just 24 ft wide with 1.5 revolutions of the steerinwheel to left direction the rack and pinion front wetup has a extreme amount of travel ratio all this makes them feel much smaller and assertive on the road. Very agile for 2 ton car. Just needs solid engine performance build 430 To 450 hp small block 400 dosnt cost much to build and the torque to hp ratio almost always are close to = on dynos
Muy bien viejón 👍😇
I dated a girl once who had that exact same xmas tree. She kept in in a box under her bed...
I’m dying 😂😂😂 what color you think she made it to?
She be just barely touching that green layer
Quality work.. my father has been in the industry 50 yrs iv been in it 20.. but my specialty is frame a collision work.. I can spray but not my strong point!!! Good video!!!! For sure👍👍👍
Appreciate the compliments! Everyone has their own crafts they are good at! I like to find the flaw in every job so I can be better the next time, painting is hard and doesn’t always come out perfect, I’m sure you do your thang in the booth 🤘🏽🫡
I use a 5500 1.4 I cap
I didn’t know 3m had uv cups like that!
And the girls you go with. 😂 my co worker says that all the time but not as nice.
🤣🤣
Where are you located?
Kansas
@Saucypainter ahhhh damn alright I was gonna go to you if you were close I'm in NJ sorry man
Paint my car sir I'll drive to kansas
Bring her on down
how ounces per hour do you mix for base and clear?
I don’t mix ounces per hour, I have a pretty good guess from doing jobs how much I will need. I guess 4oz for fenders, 8-10oz inside and out doors, 10-12oz for a bedside and always 1oz for anything small (gas door, mirror cap). A lot of it varies 🫡
Axalta recommends 1.8 oz per hour but they look at an average not every mix.. some job require less so they make up for when u need more. For the most part if the estimate is right then it works.
That’s awesome and good to know I love learning new things! Thank you for sharing with us bro
You could swim laps in that paint! ❤❤
Thank you so much!
Let’s goooo
Man I didn’t expect that! How much was the cost of that paint?
Just trying weird stuff! It’s from an alpha mystery box from “the spray source”. They sent a bunch of random samples ready to spray with all types of flakes and pearls. Check out their social media pages or website, they have different type of mystery bundles price varies, but they have a Black Friday sale for 75% off right now and code Saucy_painter saves you $15
HELP UNDERRATED?! THIS LOOKS AMAZING 😮😮😮
I’m extremely grateful thank you 🔥🔥
Good stuff
Thank you sir! 👊🏽🤙🏽
That’s crazy
I really like that color
Thank you very much for commenting all the time it means a lot 🫡🤘🏽
That was cool. But what’s that tape contraption. I need this in my life
It’s called a tape caddy! They sell them at thespraysource.com and code saucy_painter saves you $15

Have you tried the 9100 instead of tinted clear?
No I haven’t, the painter at our other shop prefers it, you like it?
@@Saucypainter I like it. Beats all the mils the tinted clear adds.. makes it a little faster cause it sprays like a solvent mid coat. Then clear on top
Definitely will look into it appreciate it
Customer: "I want to drive a tennis ball" Saucy: "Bet."
😂😂😂😂 this is my car too, so I’ve heard a lot of nicknames for it never a tennis ball you won that one 🤘🏽
Key lime
Sweet pea green
What do you think of the op gun vs hvlp?
I personally haven’t tried their hvlp, some like it some don’t, everyone prefers the OP. I like the Op because it does everything, hvlp is more for fine metallics IMO
Now ur getting there
Nice bro
What psi you running on that Sata?
24-26 psi sealer, 26 psi base, 28-30 psi clear
Ooooooweeeee
Oooof fire as always!
