Please who should we reference in this method
❤❤
Damn! Thanks a lot! Hope you continue uploading videos
Informative but the quality of the vidio should be improved for better understanding
Mam its a very informative video
slides pdf link petara..
plz show soil type and soil permeability mapping in arc map
what is the name of this method
Determination of soil microbial activity
Loud and clear thank you very much
Very clear explanation...Thank you
Can you please name the method used here?
Please add the reference of the procedure.....
kindly mention the protocol for reference citation
Thanks for the video
Is the princeple here that the rubber tube acts like a manometer?
Great explanation. Thank you!
What is the molarity for NaOH for this solution?
Where should we consider the datum level, is it from the table level where the burette stand is set up? Also at time step 10.21 you have told the vertical distance needed to measure the center of the sample. But you are measuring a horizontal distance?
do this test follow the standard EN ISO 11274:2019 chapter 7 ?
Very good explenation, my compliments and thanks.
do u have any references according to your method?
Nicely presented but video quality is poor.
It is indeed a very helpful video can u please share the reference
Nice 🙂 mam
kindly share data set plzz
This procedure is following any standard code? If yes then can you please let me know
look like EN ISO 11274:2019 but not exactly the same process
Super mam
Thank you ma'am
👍
Thank you mam
Thank you
❤️❤️
👍👍
👍
why you not put some distilled or sterile soil in the blank bottle? because the volume of atmospheric CO2 in the blank will be different with the sample
What is the reason of that hanging distilled water tube in air tight container?
Reason is provide better moisture condition for micro oraganisms
Which reference book you are used in video
Dear mam pls tell me the method name and specifications
Why are we adding glucose in 2nd container?
The glucose helps to activate the microorganisms present.
Thank you for sharing this video ..
Thank u for this amazing video
Thanks a million .
good
Great 👍
Good video on Soil OM thank you
Hi there. I am trying to understand the formulation so I have tried to answer the following example. Can you tell me if the calculations are right ? Example: Required volume of 0.05 M H2SO4 for the blank test is 5ml; Y = 5 ml; Required volume of 0.05 M H2SO4 for the sample test is 3ml ; X = 3 ml; Y - X = 2 ml; 0.05 M H2SO4 1000ml = 3.7 g of Ca(OH)2 0.05 M H2SO4 1ml = 0.0037 g Ca(OH)2 Y - X = 2ml = 0.0074 g Ca(OH)2 0.0074 g Ca(OH)2 in 50 ml of filtrate; in 200 ml of filtrate = 0.0074 g *4 = 0.0296 g Ca(OH)2 0.0296 g of Ca(OH)2 reacted with 20 g of soil therefore 1000 g of soil will react with 1,48 g of Ca(OH)2 soil density = 1300 kg/m3 in the first 10 cm of the soil the density is 130 kg/m3 => 130kg/m2 so, 1 kg of soil will react with 1,48 g Ca(OH)2 130 kg of soil will react with 192,4 g Ca(OH)2 1 ha = 10000 m2 1 ha will react with 192,4 g Ca(OH)2 * 10000 = 1924000 g = 1924 kg Ca(OH)2 weight of CaCO3 required for 1 ha = 1924 kg Ca(OH)2 * 100/74 = 2600 kg weight CaCO3 /ha = 2600 kg = 2.6 tones/ha are my calculations right ?
Very good I understood properly thank you
