Hello, I did exactly as in your explanation but I do not get a printed card, I get a card with the floating ink and when I touch the ink it is smeared on the card, my question to you is whether there is a special ink for printing (Until today I printed on paper with the same ink I also tried on the card) or I have a problem with the settings

my gcc expert II lx 24"park" the knife 8 cm from the edge of vinyl edge no matter what, the vinyl width is 61 cm and the right edge of the vinyl i have placed just at the edge joint of "whit-yellow" mark on the right side of machine. i have specified work area to 60 cm width and 150cm length in GreatCut, then i have set new origin point on the machine and let the machine measure vinyl edges. this is when the problem occurs because machine does not park on the right "edge" of the vinyl but 8 cm from the edge. i have been checking video tutorials on internet and i repeated everything exactly as shown there but still the machine won't work correct.
