I think you are talking about new stainless steel rotors that are highly polished, that is how they are the bake pads themselves will cut their own path you dont need to deglaze them.

@@banditnev Hi Mate you have not given me alot of detail, so are sort of reading between the lines. Sounded like you had new polished rotors? If they are I normally just put them on and let the new pads cut there own path. This is if you try to deglaze them you end up scratching the polished area out side of where the pads run. This intern will make the rotors look like sh-t after they are fitted. If they are not new hit them with 600 grit wet and dry paper where the pads run... hope this is helpful
