One is tired of the lame excuses of BMRCL about delays. Take for example Green line - at the time of designing this line it should have been known that permissions from Nandi Infrastructure and BIEC for land acquisition. So why they are being given as excuses for delays????

For blue line is it possible that phase 2A opens before So i live near bellandur and since 1yr the progress of phase 2A(silk board-kr puram) is very good in comparison with 2B (kr puram-airport) As these are managed by two diff construction firms SNC and NCC

Those all lines will open when all of Tamil Nadu conquers all of Bangalore

I am a big fan and constant follower of this channel. I am a visitor from the US and am excited by the growth of Namma Metro, particular the change every time I come here, which is about once a year. The Metro looks truly awesome compared to the MTA but provides a small fraction of the coverage. Also to be brutally honest, are many flaws like not having express lines, having extremely sharp turns all of which waste precious time. Also 6 coaches is awfully inadequate for a city that will become bigger than Mumbai in relatively short order. Finally because this is a country/city of young people I am painfully aware of the hardships youngsters have become accustomed to. My good friend Mohandas Pai has observed that Indians hardly complain to their leaders about the lack of or with delayed progress. Both are equally bad. If a project gets delayed by 10 years, it could represent over 10% of a persons lifetime! Is this not truly alarming. I would urge you and your colleagues who are doing great service to this city by publishing such videos to also maintain a website (perhaps you already have this) where you track promised dates and budgets with actual dates and budgets. Naming and shaming leaders is one way you can ensure this city and it's awesome residents can live up to their potential.

Disappointed to note that there are no stations between Bagalur Cross and Dodjala on the airport line. Though this may speed up the metro, it would be highly inconvenient for the general public in many areas in between them, including thickly populated Hunesmaranahalli, Vidyanagar Cross and Chikjala. This may prompt these residents to use their own vehicles thus causing traffic jams. This may defeat the purpose of metro to reduce traffic jams within the city at the cost of rapid transport to the airport.

Metro shouldn't be used to connect places outside the Bengaluru Metropolitan Area (Area controlled by BDA), Places in Bengaluru Metropolitan Region, Tumakuru and Hosur should be connected with Suburban Railways and RRTS.

Did you read that BEML has to depend on MELCO for propulsion system and it's delivery is delayed. So Pink line & blue line coaches can also be delayed

Bro KR Puram to Airport Phase 2B will not open before 2028 December. The Blue line atleast I can understand if it is delayed as it is an extremely long line but the yellow and pink lines being delayed is just sheer tragedy🥺🥺 Edit: 2028 is me being highly optimistic,they haven't even fin alised stations and not one station is atleast half complete unlike KR Puram Silkboard route. I don't know when will Bengalurians get good public transport or is it these incompetent people delaying due to bureaucracy or what is the reason why every single metro line is getting delayed.

Pink Line I feel will open earlier than that provided rolling stock is delivered

BMRCL made a huge mistake in giving contract to China for Yellow line coaches, "Time is Money ". Surpried to see that the Government doesn't even have 300 crs for the Stations on Blue line given the amout they spend on Freebies, No proper planning and one of the irresponsible organisation is BMRCL Taking Decades to build a Simple Metro system.

Every line will starts to get inaugurated when election comes that's how congress works

Disappointed to see the number of stations on the silver line reduced to 9 from 12. The area in around Sunkadakatte has terrible connectivity.
