I am currently waiting for a bigger flange size in hopes that it will solve my let down issue. Also, I heard you say you colored your hair while pumping? I’m dying to highlight my hair and research shows it’s safe but my family is aganist me highlighting my hair while breastfeeding!

Honestly I was having major anxiety over which to get (Elvie or Willow) and honestly I was leaning more towards willow but wasn’t ready to bite the bullet given it’s enormous price tag. However, upon watching your review I must say that I am completely sold on the willow and this is because, of all the people reviewing willow/elvie your review came across as the most genuine and honest one. That being said, with using your willow do you still need to use your medela/spectra along with it? Should I buy both or would just the willow be enough?

How do u wash these only option is boiling so cant wash with soap and water ???

Is the MBF wrapping belt long enough to wrap and secure around plus size mommies? Thanks

Think the snoo is very over priced & to hyped up it only makes one movement it’s also loud it’s not as see though as some other bassinets it does have a build in swaddle I went with the mamaroo bassinet much less expensive does lots of movements plays 4 sounds has a mesh that you can actually see your baby through

Can u lay back while using the pump? Will it leak?

I have an elvie and I LOVE IT! It’s easy to use and user friendly. The downside is that the app is not accurate especially when it comes to the oz/ml of milk. so far, no leaking and Has a longer battery life.

do the willow collection containers leak at all?? I am a nurse and want to use these at work, but that is what deterred me from the elvie was the leaking.

Thank you for posting a video comparing these pumps! I am trying to decide between these pumps and I was wondering if you could store the parts in the fridge for either one of these pumps between pumping? I am heading back to work in January and won’t have time to wash every part between uses and this information would be great to know. Thank you!

How is the noise on both of these? I'm curious about how discreet if you're out in public or on a conference call, etc!

Thank you so much it's makes me feel more confidence to buy Willow. I bought Elvie before and it wasn't work out for me then I sell it. Just bend down to pick my baby from crib the Elvie stop working and leak since I did not produce that much I am feel so sad to lose that milk. I never got more than 1 oz. per side on Elvie but I use my Motif pump even after use elvie it still come out more. So I think I will try the willow gen 3.

The Elvie can be boiled. It says it right in the manual to boil for 5 minutes to sterilize.

Truly truly helpful. One question though about my breast friend, you mentioned that it's only useful for first 4 months. Does the baby become big enough that the height of the pillow becomes a hindrance?. I ask because nursing time is probably for a year or more.

Do you have to be the original owner to get the sleep sacks replaced?

I know this was a year ago. But do you have to have the 27 mm to use the storage containers or can I get the 24 mm?

This video is super informative. I am lucky enough to have gotten both as a hand-me-down from my sister so I didn’t have to purchase them. I just got new covers bc I’m having a boy and she had a girl. Nonetheless the video really helps in the uses for the pillows. Can’t wait to test them out. Dude date in 3 weeks

Do not buy a charger that isn’t willow made. Trying to save a few extra dollars voids the warranty. They can tell.

Thanks so much for this detailed review! Do you think the Willow Gen 3 would be a good primary pump to use? I have a Medela and hate how bulky it is. I also hate that I have to be hooked up to the wall, it doesn’t make sense when you already have a toddler running around

I loved this video, very informative! I’m having my second and just ordered an imperfect Snuggle Me to test out. I already have a Dockatot, so I’ll be able to compare them and see what my baby likes more. I didn’t like the Boppy for breastfeeding either and it killed my lower back!

Thank you! I was extremely successful with Medela pumps but not a drop from Spectra. I definitely think I’m going with Willow Gen 3.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews on women having strawberry milk with willow meaning they suction so hard they bleed 😔 has this happened for you at all? Compared to the medela settings how would you rate how strong it is on the medela?

It's just too pricey with all the extras you need to buy. But don't know if I want to get the Elvie cuz I'm worried it wouldn't have enough suction 😭 so stuck

Thank you for the thorough review. Can you also pump in any position while wearing the willows reusable storage containers? I know they advertise pumping in any position while using their bags but can't find a clear answer if the reusable containers work the same way or if they're prone to leaking.

I’ve never comments on a video before, so I hope I’m doing this right 🤦‍♀️ You mentioned in another video that you are an over producer. Have you had to switch bottles mid pump? How does that work?

I heard most people in videos I watch say Willow suction is weak. So you're the first one I'm hearing say it strong. So I guess it just depends? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wish I had seen your video sooner. I get great output with medela but hardly anything with willow.

Would you suggest having more than one pair of the reusable containers? Or is the dry time between pumps quick enough to reuse the same containers for all pumps?

Do you think the willow containers are easy to clean? Some of the reviews I’ve read say they are difficult to clean. So, I’m hesitant to purchase them separately.
