Also, so many things you say I can relate to. I also was afraid of carbs and I love Honey Bunches of Oats!! I need to get some to try for pre-workout maybe. I miss eating cereal once in awhile. And Rao’s sauce is fine but I find it oily. And expensive. I buy it sometimes but not often.

Jaime, I love carb manager!! Everything you said about it and trying to use other apps is exactly my experience too!! I’m so used to it that I just won’t change. It works for me as I only care about my calories and protein goals and that has worked for me all this time.

I’ve eaten Nature’s Own honey wheat for a decade, Keto was only added to its package 2 years ago. I love HEB, it’s Creamy Creations cinnamon apple ice cream does taste really good & similar to apple pie. Real Housewife & diet book author Bethany Frankel says only take 3 bites of ice cream, you don’t taste further bites as much. Take care.

Be careful taking the Vitamin D. 5000 IU is a lot. I was taking 6000 daily and it caused a big problem with my calcium level and the doctor told me to quit my dairy intake. I did a little research and found out too much Vitamin D can upset your calcium levels. I quit taking it and my next blood test 6 months later, my levels were back to normal. Check with your doctor before taking it.
