@cobaltjay9862 @cobaltjay9862 just looking at my recent track record Agl Vegeta is indeed mid or bad INT EZA Broly - bad Agl Gohan - still not viable on the trio's team Phy Rose - horrible release Agl Bardock- horrendous Pod Frieza - still has no team (I don't remember if I was negative about him or not). I don't think I've been negative about anyone else this year?

@ Toppo, Cell Max, AGL Gohan is definitely better than what you’re saying, Rosé was viable the entire time even before his buff, AGL Vegeta is viable. I’ll give you Broly EZA and that’s it

@dracoblizzard7944 if dokkan is asking me to spend money on a character, then yeah I can expect whatever I want out of the character. Slug will not return on a banner until after Anniversary next year, which means if he can't survive that power jump, like there is every year, then he'll have an extremely short lifespan, which is terrible value for your money. Especially on a 10 featured unit banner. I get there's pity, but it's just an insane ask of dokkan. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on a unit that's gonna last less than 6 months, be my guest. Slug is locked to 1 team, and if that team ages out, it's curtains for him.

@@jordan_w20 You've just described almost every monthly Dokkanfest ever. That's why I don't summon for any of them. Doesn't change the fact that some are much, much better than others. I can practically guarantee no one will be using AGL Frieza, PHY Rose, or AGL Vegeta by the 10th anni. Roshi will be a real stretch. But Slug, he has a shot, he's actually good. Not every anniversary will be like the 7th/9th. Also, the idea that every new premium unit should be set up to last a long time is just flawed. The whole point of powercreep is to get you to spend money. If they wanted you to keep using the same characters, they simply wouldn't powercreep. It makes literally no sense to powercreep, then design characters to avoid this powercreep. You either do 1 or the other.

@dracoblizzard7944 don't let me bring down your parade. If Slug is meeting your expectations and you're excited go get him. It's not worth arguing over.

@@yanyannolife326 I did calculate him with 60% support and all of his links active on the right... To be fair as well, I didn't know what his team fully looked like when I made the video since the DDL hadn't hit. We'll see. I'm not super optimistic for him. He doesn't actually start with the scouter and getting hit is far from consistent, especially when you're not a slot 1

Are you counting the damage reduction at all?

@KiruuCh yeah, I know he has that, but it's also team restricted. It's fun right now, but with anniversary around the corner, he'll age quickly if his team does. He's not set up for long-term success and you need to be as a post WWC unit otherwise you're more susceptible to being powercrept quickly

@@jordan_w20 ugh well powercreeping would maybe be a thing for him true but on double super he will live a 6 mil super from phy boss and if its 7 mil super which btw WE STILL DONT HAVE! he will live type neutrel like bosses need to hit 8 mil to out right kill him..... and thats me counting him only doing double super not triple 1.9 mil defence plus 66 precent damage reduction is more then capeable ok? also he will infact have his links up and you normally run him on his own team so the domain will be up for 6 turns ofc you could have him on bad turns and have him only at 1.2 mill super he will still be capeable enough to live 5 mil supers I dont know man..... this really feels like you underrate him or you havent caculated his performance also demonic power will not be an issue due to the fact daima litteraly happening in the demon realm.... obviously he will get ton of help in the future also if he ages out Im sorry to tell ya but like 99 precent of the units will age out like beast might take more then a 7 mill then him ok? like idk man the restrictions are not an issue this is not a cell max situation because cell max is worse because just running characters from different categories can deactivate his guard ability

@arber8173 still, I expect more of DFEs coming out post WWC as we move closer to anniversary, which typically introduces huge power creep. It's not good enough to be "just good enough" right now. He should be by far the best TUR, not contending for 3-4... it sets him up for an extremely short lifespan. Especially since he's restricted to basically his own team. It's a common recipe for failure.

@carltoozamv2733 most F2P characters can be farmed in the events tab --> Story section. You'll want to click on the little (i) button to see which characters drop from each event. A few of the LRs drop from Prime Battles in the challenge tab. You may have to use Keys to obtain certain characters through the portal of memories because not every event is live

@@carltoozamv2733 I would recommend using the Fandom wiki to help track down characters and events. Dokkan Info or the T6 Dokkan Wiki may have the info as well somewhere.

@@obedai3a you include an extra 1 for the base value. You get a boost of 400%, so you multiply by 5 to get the total number. It's easiest to understand with Links. If a unit has 100k defense and gets 5% from prepared for battle, their defense wouldn't go down to 5,000 when the link activated (100,000 × 5%) it would go up to 105,000. (100,000 × 1.05).

Janemba has a huge chance to just not get hit by a super. Plus he's better for the whole fight. Brolys bum ass is only safe for 3 turns

@@OG_AsianGod Yeah that's a lie, Janemba isn't better defensively in any part of the fight vs INT Broly, and offensively he is inferior turn 1 as he needs to build up, also he is inferior in a team protector mechanic.
