Sacramento has fog all the time and I never schedule arrivals in cooler weather before noon to give the fog time to burn off. Otherwise it is very scary landings.

Sorry but this is lip syncing lol.. this is exactly how it sounds in the music video, and while adam is a great live singer, there's no way he can replicate how it sounds from the music video.
You are right but watch the USA story on TH-cam on how they did this. While this was lipsynched for the video, they also played "live" at the weddings including the "first dance" of the bride and groom using a non-Maroon 5 song.

vanchark Okay, totally get that. I saw some videos that were posted back in December 2014 showing both the "recorded" version and the live version as well as the "other" song that they played with Levine singing and the lead guitarist alone as a "gift" for letting them attend. It was nice of them.

They did this for the purpose of their music video. People need to realize when someone shoots a music video, it's not performed live. They have a playback, they have cameras, they have a director, this is how music videos are done. If you want to see them live, then go see them live.
Idiot -.- Yes, it was for the music video, but it was ALSO live when they shot it! This was exactly like seeing it live, there were just cameras and it was surprise! And yes, I've noticed your fab trend of copying that comment and pasting it on all videos related to this.
ClashOn879 I'm really not an idiot, especially when it comes to an industry that I have worked in before. Any music video done like this is not done live. Also, Yes i did copy, and paste MY comment on another video with people complaining that it wasn't live. I call it efficiency. I love that the people complaining about it are not people from the wedding. If Maroon 5 crashed my wedding and just stood there, I would be ecstatic, and I'm sure the bride and grooms were as well.

+RomNomNom it was live. They had to shoot some of the wedding scenes twice so they can make sure they get all the footage they needed.

Its not fake if you haven't worked it out, they actually selected a bunch of weddings and asked the groom, the only one who knew, if they could crash the wedding.
I'm guessing you guys dont watch movies. Some of the people were actors. Given that this is L.A. and full of actors, lets just pretend they happened to be attending those weddings by coincidence : )
The producer chose brooms and brides within their community circle. They all are in the entertainment industry. Chances are that there will be famous actors attending those weddings. The reception hall was locked until shortly before the concert, maroon was waiting on stage which had already been set up. They did short version of sugar, repositioned cameras, then played the whole song again

SpinningcatOMG parts were fake but they still went out and did crash real weddings they didn't use most of that footage though because of bad lighting and people just using their phones

Daniel Salmon also the footage may have bin staged in everything but the reaction shots but the parts were the crowd jumps up and starts dancing is the actual wedding guests they just did a second take after the suprise so they could get good shots and better camera angles and after that they serenaded the brides with she will be loved
