I bought this horn from Amazon. I think that's a low risk way to buy it without play testing since you can send it back. A had to clean the valves frequently at first, but after the first few weeks, the worked excellent. I had the same intonation problems with C which is common for Euphoniums. Great tone and fun to play! Thanks for the review.
