Hello, I have a question. I have a couple from Lory. They put their first 2 eggs but when do they take time to burst..!?

These are wild birds over here. They're everywhere at the parks, just like galahs etc.. seeing the prices online, i am often tempted to catch them

My rainbow lorikeet is 9 months old now. His name is Lori Carlos Montana Jones. I got him from a breeder when he was 3 months old. My lorikeet is my child, my happiness and soul partner. One thing though? Rainbow lorikeets are eating machines like terminator, they liquid shit squirt like a terminator.

Two of my lorikeets hatched yesterday so I’m 14 and have to feed them every 2-3hrs unfortunately I’m not going to sleep for a while

Thanks, Now I can figure how old is the bird I found under my car...by looking at this vdo..he is 4/5 weeks old I saw a dead bird on my way to my car :( and it was 47.3 degrees here in Sydney, next evening I hear some creepy noise coming out near my car tyre. I look pretty hard and found this bird...who was thr since 2 days plus as I can figure Asked neighbours about this tiny fella what to feed etc etc, they say, dont worry, he will die... And yet this bird its still kicking....we call him "Fauji" means in Pakistani "A soldier" So yeah Fauji is fine, we trying hard to keep him alive..

These little fuckers have made a nest in a hole in the wall right where my aircon is. Sounds like rats or possums in my wall and they wake me up early hours of the morning with their damn pecking. Wish I could kill them but then it’ll stink up my room. 😡

i used to have a baby lorikeets ive watched this 500 times and i called my lorikeet cheep cheep i loved her and she was the best pet EVER

I had two wild babies in our gumtree out the backyard, the parents had been coming for years and finally had some chicks. We named them Candy and Brolly, they came out of the nest WAYYYY to early. (No flight feathers and still had fluff) they would jump out the second I put them back in so instead of falling 5m from our tree I put them in our plum tree. Candy became tame within a few days with little handling and Brolly was weary of us. Sadly Brolly mysteriously died. We found her under our boat. No bite marks but I think it was mites as I found some on her a few days earlier. Candy survived another week. I had kept her in our old chicken coop as the parents would visit once a day, look at her then leave. One day I went to school and left her out as my mum was staying home. My mum didn't check on her as instructed and we haven't seen her since. Candy was adorable and my little baby she will be missed.

Loris are awesome. My kiddos got one and i was intent on not getting attached. Too bad because the bird bonded with me. We hang out every day now. Love my little birdy.
