Newport - Cliff Walk
Newport, RI was one of our favorite stops on the New England/Canada cruise on the Emerald Princess. This video is exclusively from the Cliff walks were you get to see the majestic mansions!

Acadia NP

Karen and I had the opportunity to visit Acadia National Park twice - one week apart. We were cruising on a back-to-back-to-back cruise that included the same itinerary of the first week. Why take the same cruise twice you ask? Both were complements of the casino and we only had to pay port fees and taxes! Where else can you vacation of an average of $22 pp pd? Week one was full of gorgeous day...

In a couple sentences but specifically, academically, how do you define traditional Yoga? Just off the top of your head...
Erinn, interesting question and one I'm not sure I'm qualified yet to answer! :) I think the definition of traditional yoga is to understand oneself and develop the tools and mindset to see the truth in the world or the situation in front of you. To be aware of your senses but control them rather than be a slave to them. In this way we achieve peace of mind. By the way, "Peace of Mind" by Boston was a motivational song from me in my teenage years! :)
@@yogageorge8835 Thank you! Are you studying the primary source texts? Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita and the Pradipika?
@@ErinnEarth No, not yet. My main source of the history and foundations of yoga is "The Heart of Yoga". It is one of my assigned reading books.
Welcome to TH-cam!
