Clarification Chester Benning was of the age that when he was young, he didn’t receive any real treatment. There was not really any medication’s for people back then they didn’t have many diagnoses for people. I think they told everybody they had ADHD. Borderline Personality Disorder didn’t exist. Neither did the intense treatment It takes to function everyday with BPD. . What they’re doing today with children that have Mental health issues is amazing. If they know what they’re doing. I believe you have to have been through something horrible or to suffer from mental illness yourself to help other people I don’t think textbook psychiatrist/therapist that have had great lives and loved their parents have any business counselling people with mental illness My opinion, the reason because they don’t know how the other person feels they can’t relate to how the other person feels. They can’t empathize with what the other other person been through because they have nothing to compare it to. Anyways, I’m ranting sorry When there’s no treatment for you when you’re young, let’s say if you have a terrible traumatic childhood, the only solution was to take you out of the house social services to get involved and that was it. They took you away from the problem. Or they help mediate the problem. But you didn’t get treatment for what happened to you So you carry that with you every day of your life, Sometimes those traumas feel like they Happened yesterday

Some people suffer from depression in Such an intense way that your haunted every day of your life your demons are so strong, but you survive. Sometimes when you wake up in the morning, all you wanna do is fall asleep at night suicide is something that you live with your whole life every single day the thought crosses your mind from a very young age. When you’re very traumatized at a young age Every trauma for the rest of your life pushes down on the first traumas. It gets to the point where even little things that go wrong traumatize you. You live for other people you pretend for other people Do your best to hold on struggle every single day you bury your feelings and say your numb. But when you suffer from this kind of depression, one day all those emotions come hitting at you all those traumas hate you everything hits you you realize how alone you are because nobody understands how you’re thinking Nobody gets it you know gets it And after thinking about suicide every day, you realize today is the day today’s the day I do something for myself something that’ll take away the pain something that’ll take away suffering No more trauma it’ll take away my addictions. You can stop trying to be somebody else. You can be you and you can take your life into your own hands. You’re not giving up you’re solving a problem. You’re putting the end of your pain and suffering respect. I believe it was his time and I believe he’s at peace.
