(Usually they've worked hard 2 get their position so any new joiner who doesn't appear 2 aspire 2 wot THEY aspired 2 wen they joined is given short shrift. Or bullied outta the Organisation. Especially if such a Mngr had no hand or choice about the person that woz hired.

Doesn't take anything for me to be pissed anymore..i can just start my car knowing im about to deal with idiots and that alone pisses me off...ive gotten to where i cant stand ppl
