Yes the cap is already flat but it works. I've done this to five caps. Even spraying water works too but remember to put it under some weight for a couple of hours
will starch stain a white or bright colored brim?\
What I need is instructions on removing the stitches at the ends of the cap. Some of the fabric needs to be removed to keep it flat 😢

What's the point of the towel? Literally there is less heat transfer between the cloth to the point it actually doesn't heat up the hat enough for it to work. Just put the iron straight to your hat it will work better and faster

@@hjoker1 actually if you wear a proper fitted hat that is true to your size or slightly tight the brim will bend itself to follow your head shape. Of course douchebags will usually wear oversized caps. That's why it will stay flat. ;)
