In minutes 45:08 , you used if cntbuy==0 open a buy position . Why we used another opentimebuy condition ? I mean when we open a buy position, the next time cntbuy is not equal zero and should be enough to don't open another position.

Your video is informative but contains some wrong information. When you choose open prices only, your stop loss and take profit calculations won't work correct. If you were to compare a single run in open prices only vs every tick, you will generally get 2 wildly different results. Furthermore, you are running complete optimisation, which has limits on the amount of passes it will go through. Generally optimisations will run 10k passes only.

Loving the videos, great work. Just a question. The range line on the high of the range is noticeably above the highest point of the candles (including wicks). Is it supposed to be like that as it doesn't represent the true range.

Hey man I love your videos a lot. I have an interesting question for you (hopefully). On MT5 I found that I can't trade custom symbols directly because they're not actually tradable so I started editing my EAs to place the orders specifically on the actual tradable symbol and now the backtests look completely different. Always worse. I noticed the fills are different too. Is this something you've experienced yourself? Vielen Dank!

If SL is 0 make it 0, else make it at the required level.... why the zero test? I like the coding approach in your video where nothing is left loose, so I guess this is one of those, maybe.
