You can buy it for online classes it works quite good with TWS earbuds. About latency, it happens if you move 4 to 5 metres away from the paired device. Hope it helps!

Hi! I am hoping it’s just dirty. If that the case, you can clean it with a little damp cloth and rub the earbuds gently. If these are damaged then you will need to buy ear cups replacement that you can buy via Amazon or Flipkart from compatible brands. You can pop open the ear cups by just pulling the earbuds out from the fabric side.
