Akiya & Inaka
Japan
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 31 ก.ค. 2020
Over the past few years, the Japanese countryside has become a cultural myth. Blogs employ sensationalist headlines touting "Free houses in Japan!" in reference to Japan's glut of "akiya" (vacant houses), international news organizations run articles on foreign couples who transitioned to Japan country living, and domestic Japanese TV shows on farm-steading and so-called slow life are seeing enormous gains in popularity. In contrast to the glamour of city life in Tokyo, there now seems to be a shift in perception gaining traction as Japan's "inaka" (countryside) begins to capture the world’s imagination.
Akiya & Inaka is a real estate and lifestyle platform focused on the Japanese countryside. Our unique approach provides a detailed view of not just properties, but also the communities that are built up around them. How to take care of the house after buying it if they deny the tourist visa ?😂😂😂
Foreigners who buy these properties, can get a renewable year visa or something like that or can they open a shop down below ( garage space ) ? Thanks in advance for the help and the answer 😊

Safety first. Construction or demolition helmet on😮
This is pretty radical
Erm, what the fuck
Mine isn't o tried this 😂
I think the government needs to be more open to giving foreigners permanent residency or at least a three year residency which can be extended. All current options either require potentially entering toxic work environments or being rich. I would move there in a heart beat, if I could do remote work for a foreign company, while in Japan and didn't have to be rich and only have a visa for less than a year. Living in the countryside there is a dream for me. Heck, I even learned the language, but the income they want for Nomad visa for instance is just for rich people. I could afford living there no problem, but am not rolling in money. I would gladly pay the taxes and government healthcare, but that isn't an option. It would help the economy and the elderly with health issues to let foreigners with income move there, but what's the point of buying a house, when you can't live in it for more than three months per year and can't rent it out either? Sorry for the rant. I just hate seeing a country I love age and crumble like this and do nothing against it.
Awesome! Rolls Royce!!!
How much for this? I Live in Tokyo and interested in buying.
How much did this one sell for?

Overcharging and being the middleman for something that can and should be easily outsourced with AI Thankfully, I’m working on a new SaaS that will remove the need for “real estate experts” such as yourself completely and provide a faster, more affordable solution for both buyers and sellers
I saw you guys on youtube period hopefully , I should be back in japan within the yearperiod how much do you charge line by line for your services.

and get decimated by earthquakes that happen once a week?😐
This guy needs to do a podcast, he's got unique character, a great voice for podcasting and is an expert in a niche interesting and important topic.
what good is a home without a visa ?????
Ikura?
I would totally move to Japan and buy one of those lovely older, abandoned homes that’s basically fully furnished. If Japan allowed ex-convicts to move there and gave us permanent residence immediately if we buy a property. But since the don’t net I’ll save my money and stay in America lol.
ill take itaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!
Peter Parker ?
Mistake! This property is nice it just hasn’t been WELL taken care of..!
I am looking to move to Japan at some point and would love to have a home there for cheaper. Looking for something with good neighbors, faming potential, close to a body of water like a lake or ocean if possible...
How does a American buy a house, a akiya in japan ? I want to move there so bad I want to live in the rural part of Japan so bad. I wish somebody would do a step-by-step guide. I know I’m not having a midlife crisis just because I’m 42 and single. I have always wished to live in Japan and have like a little Homestead.
Really nice property.
Betting its a bit pricey though. Still beautiful.
Considering that you couldn't build anything nearly as quality for the price, the house is turnkey and solid as a rock, and it's in a great location, it is a fair deal. We are pretty strict with sellers about property pricing. Assessing Japanese real estate in general is a whole 'nother ball of wax, but we are constantly watching the market at large.
Such a nice house in an amazing part of Japan, ski/snowboarding at the throw of a stone, a quick train ride to Tokyo and a bunch of hotsprings and even hotspring towns to visit. Perfect place to live in
The location is right in the middle of Karuizawa, Manza, and Kusatsu, so you are 100% correct.
Wish you the best! Great project
Is it possible to let us know what the sale price was.....thanks.
This is a perfect home for a foreign (gaijin) family to stay. I wish I could rent this beautiful house for my sojourn. I dream of staying in foreign country for several years while doing my writing ✍🏼 project. 😊… It’s near to the sea… among my favourite elements ✅
"PromoSM"
absolutely stunning plot. i wish this was still available :( even if the house itself looked gnarly
物件一覧が空欄だったので、おいくらで売られているのか、分からないままです😢 本当に知りたい!!!!
この物件は5,500万円で売られています。詳細はcontact@akiyainaka.comへお願いします👍
It’s beautiful! I particularly love how much garden space and respectable number of useful rooms the home has.
There’s also a completely separate atelier not featured in this video. Its a mammoth property, in surprisingly good shape.
I have an idea for a project that could use that space..
Thats so cool! Does it still have its sports ground and facilities?
Haven't heard from you guys in a while. What are you up to lately? How's the market going for foreigners now that travel policies are more friendly, from your perspective?
Heyo~! Going great but jeez is editing video a slog on top of everything else (actual business, newsletter, reporting & interviews, etc). The markets hot. Corporates have figured out the game and are eating properties up, but only in the well known areas/resorts and their peripheries. Minakami, for example, has been picked clean. But this is how we expected them to move, so its not a problem. Fact is, the vast majority of Japan *isn’t* a well known resort town, and the stock there is plentiful. As for non-resident foreigners, its as good as ever a time to start looking. We’ve got 2 such clients right now, each with different intents but both requiring incorporation in Japan. That bumps the price up by at least ¥8.6M for paid in capital and our assistance on top of property-related costs, but if you want to do good business in Japan and quickly, that’s the best deal in town.
@@AkiyaInaka Sugoi! Thanks for the awesome, quick, and detailed response! I suspected it was busier than before but I'm not privy to this side of the market like you are. I'd absolutely love to do an interview with you sometime, if possible. My channel is modest but I definitely have a viewership highly interested in the topic. Got a few interviews under my belt but having someone with your perspective would be so beneficial to a lot of people. Who knows, maybe even more clients to make you busier 😂 Anyway, tanks again for the awesome answer! I appreciate you taking the time. I completely understand the video aspect taking so much time, especially when other things are going on.
Is there a tub in this?
Yes, it's pictured in the 6th interior photo on the property listing page. The photo is a bit dark, but it's actually a quite interesting traditionally-crafted bath, which was quite expensive at the time. www.akiyainaka.com/portfolio-item/mejirodai-2-37-6/
Que pena tão linda e abandonada😢
