Great pub, its my first pub i go to on the shannon erne.

My mom, from Leitrim, was a wonderful cook. Her sister, Jane, was one of the cooks at the Blair House in Washington DC, during the terms of several presidents. Mom never used cooked potatoes - always grated all raw. I don’t have her recipe and can’t seem to get it right. Good memories as a kid with boxty at breakfast. Stay safe everyone.

I really feel for small enterprises like Jinnys at this terrible time. Lovely place, lovely staff and great food. Hope this passes soon and you get back up and running..

So many small businesses will be badly affected by this pandemic, I certainly hope Lena's tea room survives the lockdown and along with all the other great food and beverage venues in Carrick get back up and running ASAP. The soup and roast chicken sandwich on their own baked bread is worth the 190 mile round trip we regularly make. Can't wait to get back.

We couldnt have hoped or wished to have landed in a more beautiful,scenic and friendly spot than Keshcarrigan Des and his wife Kathleen who own "Gerties" are a lovely friendly couple and nothing is too much trouble when they are looking after their patrons and, as Des says in the video they treat everyone as their neighbours and friends I have never seen the like before and may never again.Well worth a visit but,be warned, too much craic maybe be exhausting if you are not used to it! ;)

I LOVE KinnEden. It is absolutely the BEST place to go in Co. Leitrim. If I could afford it, I would hop on a plane right now and fly back to Ireland just to visit you the in the shop! You don't know how much I miss it. :) PS: This post will say it was posted by Graywyn, but she's tapped into my account. This is Beth. :)
