Here is my ORIGINAL RECIPE not Mason’s. lol MOLASSES COOKIES 3/4 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup molasses 2 cups flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger Beat butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar....

I've eaten hamburgers without a bun for quite awhile. I'm just not much of a bread eater. I've been building my hamburger on a plate just like you would a hamburger. Just no bun. This looks so much better. I'll try this next time!👍
