This song is SO BEAUTIFUL! First off, "Thank you" to Kong and Shu Project and than to the teachers for teaching the importance of language and embracing our culture. This video brings tears to my eyes each time I hear it because I wish my language was important enough for the school to sing and share it with everyone. And I hope that my children will have that opportunity to talk and share their language with the world too. THANK YOU for teaching our children and all children they matter! ~ Zer Vue, a fellow educator

There is such beauty in hearing your own language put into words and music and than shared with the world! All children should feel this pride.

bvang6974 Well obviously Hmong is not their first language, so they're not going to be able to sing it perfectly and that's fine. They tried :)
They did great as not all of the students are Hmong. Why need to criticize when they TRIED! I understood what they were singing and it's not the norm for a Hmong song to get sung at a non Hmong event. Kudos to the kids and their teacher!
