Home Theatre Upgrade & Why I Prefer Physical Media Over Streaming

It's been 9 years since my last home theatre upgrade. Today, I'm updating to a 4K Receiver, a 4K Blu-Ray Player, a 4K Projector, and rewiring the room for 7:2.
I'm also talking about my preference for physical media. While I do stream I collect physical media as a preference and here, I'll discuss why.
