That was fucking underwhelming. Every middle school in america has multiple kids who routinely jump higher than that on every dunk.

We used to have some eight-foot rims at our local elementary school. It was surprising how much timing it still took to dunk, especially in traffic, and how dangerous it felt.

No she likely coudn't dunk it because she'd have to have a basketball & this video she wouldn't be high enough with a basketball

She can barely touch the rim without a basketball. That's as high as I could touch in my prime (I'm 6'). She's an elite athlete and I was just an average pickup ballplayer. Many guys could just MUCH higher than I could in pickup games - and several six-footers could dunk.

Her best is 6'1 that's impressive but the best women in the world jump around 6'8 so they could most definitely dunk a basketball and most of these girls are just under 6 feet in height. I'd like to see how high they can touch above the rim

It’s really sad you can believe that she would be able to dunk it, she would most likely have to have 3-6 inches above the rim to dunk also she is utilizing her arm swing which can’t really do when dunking and that subtracts from vert, and lastly she clearly is tall so I’m guessing her vert is around 25 due to her standing reach being high due to her being 6’1". And yes I know I’m hating but it’s true.

I need to train to jump properly because I can do this not knowing how to jump and being shorter

It goes to show that jumping high in the high jump (Fosbury Flop) is a skill different from jumping high to dunk.

Please let us be honest, She was literally not even trying.

U could jump higher with better form.

No hate, she’s a high flyer for a woman but if that’s the highest she can jump she can’t dunk she would need to be atleast 6 inches over the rim and it doesn’t look like she’s quite there but still would be close.

Why is everyone hating? So you dunked when you were 5'9. You can dunk at 5'9. But a lot of women can't dunk being taller than that. I'm 5'4 and I don't go hard practicing jumping,but naturally I have a 25" vertical from stretching and I need 10" more inches. Idk what your vertical jump was when you were a 5'9 teenager but it Seems easy to me!
