On this video I am working on ford focus 1.0 ecoboost engine, after assembling the new timing belt, i removed the oil pan to check and clean the oil pump strainer, It was clogged and full with materials from the old timing belt, i hope it Will help you.

Hello everyone! On this video I am working on vw polo 1.2 tsi engine. Car mileage is about 12000km. Engine code is CBZC. There is a noise coming from the engine. After inspektion and removing of cylinder head, I have found pistons Slap,but there is no wear on cylinders. I have replaced the pistons and the timing chain.

Hi everybody On this video I am working on ford focus 1.0 ecoboost engine, there was a damage on piston cylinder 1. It's common failure on this engine. I bought new pistons from ebay, the cylinder diameter is 72mm. The pistons are aftermarket made so you need to check the pistons before installation on cylinder block. Hi everybody On this video I am working on ford focus 1.0 ecoboost turbo 3cyl. The timing belt turns in the oil and this creates a lot of small particlar in the oil and this leads to block the oil pump filter in the oil sump, components Will be damaged like turbo, camshafts bearing, camshafts, pistons.

Its a cheap shit, you can find it at any spare parts shellers and its cost is around 40 euro. I eas about to clean (after a couple of months you need it again) or replace my Dpf system and it was only needed to add this EOLYS , DPF REGENERATOR FLUID!! hope l helped!! 😊

Hello It's Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost engine 2015 , has 90 000 km .
Is that normal? When the engine is first started, a rough noise is heard along with the oil indicator light turning on. Because I experience the same thing during a cold start. a rough engine noise along with the oil indicator light turning on, and then when the oil indicator turns off, the rough noise disappears.
May be the oil pump strainer is blocked
Očigledno je normalno. Imam isti problem i ovdje je isto tako makar je pumpa očišćena. Poslušaj kod paljenja na kraju klipa
Yes allot of cars do that as the oil needs to get pumped up into the engine to circulate around inside the engine pretty obvious really 😂

I didn't use torque because I didn't find the specs
I think id have cleaned and double checked the clipped pipe connector thoroughly for leaks before fitting ?

What happened to the piston since it broke?! I have the same engine. I use 0W/30 and change Oil every 10.000km. Is it ok?
It's a common problem on this engine 1,4 tsi because of the high compression produced of the turbo and the compressor .

Hi repair costs depend on workshop and parts price, to avoid damage is better to change oil regularly to keep the viscosity which protects the parts under friction

الله يعطيك ألف عافية أخي .. ممكن تفيدني شو المشاكل الي ممكن تصير معي لما يصير عندي مشكلة بالسلندر لحتى هيك يكون الحل ؟ لانو عندي نفس الماتور وصار معي مشكلة ومبين بالفحص انو فيه مشكلة بالسلندر رقم 1، ولكن كل ميكانيكي بيشخص تشخيص مختلف، واخد بيحكيلي مشكلة بالجنزير وواحد بيحكيلي مشكلة بالكرنك وهكذا !! وشو اجمالي التكلفة تقريبا ؟
الله يعافيك معلم حسب العطل شو عم بيصير ضو المحرك شغال فيها تقطيع صعوبة ب الدوران كل عطل و ايلو حل التكلفه حسب الشغل و القطع اللي لازم تتغير

إذا ب ضغط المحرك بيكون في مشكلة ب البستونات فيه كسر او تشحيط

My focus 1.0 ecoboost I plugged my other diagnostics scanner in and it says this fault is Power supply fuel pump Short circuit to positive or open Intermittent I ordered a low pressure fuel pump that will sort it i can start the car and rev it up but when let it idle car just dies and if i rev it it will stay running for a couple of minutes with accelerator keot pushed down a bit thanks for your info mate

My friend drove The car about 5 months and it was good. I have cleaned the intake manifold, no parts change.

السلام عليكم ياريت لو عندك رقم جوال حاكيك صوت عالواتس انا بألمانيا وعندي مشكلة بنفس هاد المحرك السيارة وهي واقفة عم يرج المحرك و بس تمشي مافيها شي مأحلاها فحصنا الضغط تبع البستون طلع تمام المكانيكي حطلي زيت غلط و قشاط الصدر تفتت بالسيارة هاد يلي خلانا نفتحر المحرك و صارت مكلفتني 2700 يورو وما تصلحت

Du får kolla ventilerna om dem krökt. Kolvarna behöver inte att bytas om det fanns inga spricka.
2 av kolvarna hade spruckit, så jag byter alla 4 samt alla ventiler. Hade du ritningar du kan dela med dig? Kan vi höras kanske på telefon?

Hi. I have the same problem. Were you able to solve it? The additive bag was replaced, but the lights never went away.They're exactly the same as in the beginning of the video (minute 0:08)

Where can a new additive pouch be purchased from and what are the average price ranges for one? Also does the additive pump have to be replaced and how would a broken pump be diagnosed?
They can ask when obd is on cars computer, to ask from the system to test and make the pump start working pushing air outside the system, so a smooth whistle noise is heard 😊
