You can get the cards from Crystallography open database, though its not JCPDS but its open access database

The value of 207 seconds is the actual time value or the X-coordinate in the data sheet where the current is recovered to 90% of the maximum current achieved after light irradiation. To calculate the recovery time, we need to look at two specific points on the data sheet: The time at which the current reached its maximum value after light irradiation (in this case, 84 seconds). The time at which the current recovered to 90% of that maximum value (in this case, 207 seconds). The recovery time is obtained by subtracting the time at which the current was maximum from the time when it recovered to 90% of the maximum: Recovery Time = 207 seconds − 84 seconds = 123 seconds Therefore, the recovery time is 123 seconds. I hope this clarifies your doubt. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

Note: You need to fill the dot with white color before performing the inverse FFT (th-cam.com/video/w0rUiXHZePI/w-d-xo.html). If the fill color is different, go to the Edit menu, select Options, then Colors, and set the foreground color to White. Now, you can fill the dot with White color and then perform the inverse FFT.

If you cannot find the icon to import the data, then on the menu bar go to Data->import from file->import wizard or simply press ctrl+3 on the keyboard, the import wizard will appear. Note: The Data menu appears only when you have an active workbook in origin window

It is CASAXPS that is being used here and not OriginLab; you can get the element menu in CASAXPS by pressing the F10 key on your keyboard
@@DnyaNiPhysicsWorld how to canges excel file to vms file. Because I have only excel file for XPS data. To operate casa xps, the file should be in format vms.
The easiest way to convert an Excel file to a VMS file is to save the excel file as a (tab delimited) .txt file, then open the file with CASAXPS's convert to VMS option.
