    I like the idea of pairing desirable activity and undesirable activity to be motivated and getting things done. An example I can think of doing this to my life would be pairing food and doing homework. I could go to a boba shop and use that space to study and get my work done! The commitment portion, yup in order to get in shape and stick to that, having a subscription would motivate me to not miss any sessions because i would be losing my money HAHAHAHA

    İ did see that book evrey where and i am a type of guy that dont like to do popular thinks but now i do want to read the atomic habits book because i like your video and i want to go deep in that topic. And girl you use too much needles sound effects i didnt like typing and sparkling sounds.
