On the bright side; the wind pressure on your neck means you wont get a turtle neck!

I put the higher seat on mine and now my crutch isnt pushed into the tank and slightly more comfortable as you say. I will be interested on your opinion on the savage screen when you fit it, my arms tire after shortish runs on highway at 120-150kph.

Did your kit come with installation instructions or manual? I am shuffling getting the stock bolt off the handlebars lol

Mine is three weeks old as well. Great bike, great quality, great looks, great performance for what it is. Got the windscreen from Aliexpress and it helps. But because it is slanted backwards, it does not remove all of the buffeting on the helmet. It does remove the push on the chest, except for buffeting around the sides of the windscreen. Additional side defectors would help... if you can find them. I also purchased a top windscreen deflector from Amazon, but haven't fitted it yet. So can't comment. It should remove most of the buffeting and wind noise on the helmet. A Puig windscreen with handlebar support attachments would likely be the best choice. But then you run out of handlebar space for other things like a handlebar phone mount. Until you get rid of most of the wind noise on the helmet, a music/intercom helmet upgrade won't be that clear. It's interesting that they give you the Bluetooth capability in the dash for a helmet audio and smart phone interface, but neglect to resolve the wind noise dilemma. It would be nice if the foot pegs would fold up like rear sets. They are right in the way for putting you feet down for backing up the bike. You have to straddle the pegs which removes the 31.1" seat height advantage for shorter riders... putting you back on the balls of your feet. Also, as with most all bikes, you can't go real slow with the handlebars turned and he able to use the front brake. If the front brake grabs at all, it will throw the weight of the bike over the front wheel resulting in a side spill on the turning side. Gord

What's the fuel mileage on these?

Mine is 3 weeks and 1.2k on clock, great thro traffic and sounds great as std. I look forward to hearing about your new seat comfort and new screen.

I have one too. I put a Windscreen on it that i bought from AliExpress. It is much of a protection for dash screen. Not helping with the wind much. It is a naked after all. Enjoy the ride.
