Hey man, loving your content! Are you still designing 2 separate emails for Desktop and Mobile, and, if so, how are you structuring that within your flows? Do you clone the 600px Desktop display only email and reduce it to 375px and adjust everything accordingly and to display on mobile only, therefore creating 2 stacked emails within the flow? Thanks.
Hey mate - good question. So I do not actually create an entirely separate email for mobile, I only clone the elements that are too small to read on mobile and enlarge the text on a mobile-only block so that it is readable. Does that make sense?

Do it as often as you can. The segments will update dynamically. So for every campaign you send, just have two separate campaigns ready to go, one with the discount code and one without.

@@KashanReza because in one email, do you want to have a discount, and the other email you don’t. Email with the discount goes to non purchasers email with the discount goes to purchasers

Any idea why the product page works best with a flyout vs popup?
It's more about it being less obtrusive and not interrupting the customer at this new stage of the customer journey which is interest in a specific product as apposed to the brand as a whole.

@@JiuJitsucom you can play around with it, but I prefer timing. If you think about it from a logic perspective, it would make more sense to give some of the offer before they’re thinking about leaving your site rather than when they want to leave your site to increase the overall conversion rates

Hi, I have one question, why would you include the code on the sign up form? Wouldn't that reduce the open email?= rate?
Good question. So as an email marketer I would encourage you to give the coupon code via email as yes, it increases open rates and increases attributed revenue. But if a customer has to leave your website and then go into their inbox to get there code, while that may make email look better, it will decrease total sales due to time delays and pushing people off platform.
Can you get this insight if you are using Klaviyo?

This is great. Appreciate you sharing this! I recently ran an email campaign for a client to 30K contacts. Bounce rate was insanely high. They had not sent an email in around a year. Going to use this strategy in our campaign to exclude users who bounced at least once and hopefully raise our Sender Score.

Thank you for the heads up, almost got a cancelled order but for this head up. Plus I want to quickly ask, how do I setup an automation or flows, such that my audience gets my mail twice a week (on specific days) and they keep getting my mails in a chronological manner. Like this: New leads added. We call this audience 1. Every Mondays and thursdays they receive new email in the sequence. Example: Day 1 = audience 1 receives email 1 (Monday or thursday, depending on which day they are added) Day 4 = audience 1 receives email 2 Day 7 = audience 1 receives email 3 Now I add new emails, let’s call them audience 2. So now it goes like this: Day 10 = audience 1 receives email 4 while audience 2 receives email 1 Please is this possible in a single flow and single list on Klaviyo. If so please let me know and help me through steps on how to get it done 🙏🙏

So for Google, this is not actually possible, there is unfortunately not a way to integrate Google and Klaviyo to pass that data back and forth :(
Unfortunately you can’t. The best way you can do this is to ask them to send you a screenshot of their review.
