one job I would never want is trying to find a cooler dude than Snax!!
Awww thank you, homie! Whoop whoop and much clown love! :D
niceee!!!
Thanks so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed it! :D
Never could figure scratching out and then moved back to central Kansas where there’s not a scene for DJ’s and just got out of it. 🙁
It's never too late to learn, dude! It can be tricky starting out but you just have to start slow - practicing one scratch at a time over and over (starting with babys, tears, cuts, transforms, etc.)! Like learning any instrument, the practice in the beginning can seem tedious, but it doesn't take long to see results and that's when it gets sooo fun! And there's never been a better time to start! There are so many free and awesome tutorials online! If the itch is still there (pun intended), you can learn! :D
Both of you guys are fuckingggg awesome, I appreciate you explaining the lore behind all of this and I see the love you both have for the wicked shit and i can't help to appreciate the exposure you give to the message. Love y'all, WHOOP WHOOP!!
Much clown love and whoop whoop, homie!!! We're so glad you dig the show!!!
Fine Oldscool Mixer and Fire scratches🔥🔥🔥☝️
Thanks, homie! Love the PMC-06! :D
Never really thought about that with them covering an 80's song like all the nu metal bands were doing but in ICP's case they didn't really cover it as much as they took the traditional hip hop route and just sampled the hook. So cool to see them finally getting their respect in the rap community.
Whoop whoop and thanks for watching, homie! To my ear it's pretty much a straight up cover (with lyrics changed of course)! The verses are sang with the same melody over the same music too, though maybe played a bit more in a minor key?
dope
Thanks a lot, dude!!!
nice asf dude
Really appreciate that, homie! Thank you for watching!
Wow 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for checking it out!!! :)
Reminds me of the slime monster from Ghostwriter!
Hahaha I just looked him up and can totally see that!!!
@@MCSnax You brought my PTSD back. That dude gave me nightmares as a kid in the 90s! Haha
@@maxpower4868 haha sorry about that, man!!!
@MCSnax All good. Just joking. I wanna hear more of your shit. What would you say is your best album?
@@maxpower4868 I'd definitely recommend starting with my newest album, "Waterslides in Heaven", that I just put out in May! This track is from that! It's available on all streaming services and you can get the WAVs and/or MP3s at mcsnax.bandcamp.com :D It's awesome to hear that you're diggin' the tunes, homie! I hope you continue to enjoy as you explore my other stuff! Much love!

Thank you and much love!!!
1st. Whoop whoop
Whoop whoop, homie! We hope you dig the episode! :D
Yooooo so dope!!!! Fresh cutz
Thanks so much, homie! Glad you dug it! :D
ICP should do a whole album with just new remakes of old songs from the 90s
Woah, that's a dope idea! Do you mean of their older songs?
@@MCSnax yeah (sorry for wording it weirdly lol)
@@dani-manson no worries, homie! I just wanted to make sure! That is such a great idea! Whenever they revisit an older track it's always so dope!
@@MCSnax It really is! If they made an album called like Re-Juggled or something where they revisited older songs and remade them with a newer sound it would be AWESOME!
I didnt know you used to live in Mass. Where you live now/from Snax?
I'm from Newfoundland, Canada though I've lived in Mass a few times! I'm currently back home now!
@@MCSnax Cool. Prob saw you at some palladium shows
@@maxpower4868 definitely a good chance! Went to quite a few whenever I was living there!
brilliant. lol no comments yet
Thanks for checking out the series, homie! This is actually a reupload, as many of our older episodes were originally on Lars' channel! New episode on the way! :D
HE DIDNT MENTION THE DEAD ONE >:(
Sorry, homie! Sometimes we miss tracks! That's a dope tune!
@@MCSnax ik idc that much it’s just a really unique song
@@dani-manson it really is!
If the record label people made them remove 3 tracks from the album, did they replace them with other tracks, or was it just a much smaller album? Either way, I really want to hear this alternate version with watered down lyrics.
Woah, it's an honor to have PLA watch and comment on Hatchet Chat! Lars, Schaffer and I have been listening to your calls and laughing ourselves silly during our drives for The 999 Tour! Thanks for entertaining us! :D So, that's a great question! The original Hollywood release was three tracks shorter (for a total of 13 tracks). It was missing "Under the Moon", "Boogie Woogie Wu", and "The Neden Game". As far as the lyrics changes, I think the Island Records release actually has a mix of the changed and original lyrics, but it's been a while since I looked into this lol. I believe the version of "Piggy Pie" on Forgotten Freshness Vol. 1 and 2 is the original version before adjusted lyrics, but I'm not sure about the other tracks or if there are versions available or not. Thanks again for watching! Much clown love! - Snax
Hell yeah, love coming back and having a bunch of episodes to binge! Just saw Shaggy about a month back and got all of his releases on CD! This one probably took the longest to connect with me personally, songs such as done giving a fuck and the quest... taking the longest to hit. However its quickly become a favorite of mine with tracks such as Clown Boi, How You Been, This Aint That and Illuminati are easily some of my favorite 2 dope jams! Great review as always fellas I always come away with some new information with these! Keep up the good work!
Whoop whoop, homie! Thanks so much for watching! Those are some of my favs too!
Hung out with action and kung fu probably 13 years ago after a show. We kicked it in the parking lot for hrs after just chilling. Great humans they are.
That's so awesome, homie!!!
