Watching while knitting . Love a waffle video 🩵🏡💙🥰
We used to have one dollar notes here in Australia as well and I love them but sadly those and the two dollar notes have also gone
So annoying isn’t it! There’s something psychologically different about coins, so much easier to spend I feel ❤
Thank you for sharing . Glad the boy is doing well . I’m of an age when I remember well the one pound notes and also the half pennys and I loved the £1 notes, I much prefer the one pound notes than pound coins 😏 .😂. 🇬🇧💛🤍
I stuff £400 into my sinking fund envelopes when I get paid at the start of the month rather than weekly. I kept struggling to get enough money out of the bank or cash machine so this year I have decided to put the money straight into a saving account t and use monopoly money to distribute it into the right envelopes. I still get the granularity of envelope stuffing but my envelopes don't get as thick and I can use paper pounds instead of having to find coins and change. I still use cash for weekly money like groceries, fuel, incidentals and spending money though.
What’s puja and what’s Sundz?xx
Here watching, great video xx
I walked along our cycle path and it was sad to see so many trees down 😢
😢
Oh gosh hope your boy is ok
It been a week I tell ya! Hopefully next week will be smooth 🤪
I wouldnt get bored of tour waffle. You may feel like its the same, but you bring fresh 'waffle' each week ❤
Ha ha I love that ‘fresh waffle’ 😂❤
always have inspired me xx
Aw thanks ☺️
I can recommend a woman I follow who does cash stuffing videos and budgeting on a low income and also dealing with dept. She however posts mainly on Swedish but have a few in English as well. Her channel is called “BudgetbyJes” 🙏🏻
Keeping it real as Always Sun. Thank you x
Innit tho 😂❤
Would love a cheeky subscribe ❤ I’ve started my first tin of joy hurrah!! Love your videos x
Hello my besties 🫶 lots of love ❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤
One day my setup will be as lovely amd simple as ylurs, thats my dream. For now I need the trackers to keep me motivated but Ive simplfied my wallets already, took the plastic bits off, saved so much space and can still open them easily 😊
They definitely help for motivation, do whatever works for you. I’ll go over and subscribe ❤
We have set up a small garden area in work. What's the easiest things to start growing? We are completely green! Lol
That sounds great. I’d definitely do spring onions, bush tomatoes, dwarf beans, sweet peas are great if you’ve got anything for them to climb, smell great and encourage the insects ❤
So glad your back, it's lovely to watch your videos again, I know what you mean about the other kind of envelopes you can fit a lot more in the binders, I just love the zip type ones 💕
Great video lovely, fabulous advice 💕
Glad you liked it!! 😊
❤❤❤
Stay safe out there hun! Love and hugs from New Zealand! Grea video hun. I hear you! Mum would have been 91 this year and it was only since the early 90's that she was "allowed" to do more than being handed "housekeeping" and pay bills and get groceries. Dad was (well won't get into it more but) was a def child of the 30's and it was his way and if it was good enough for men to make all the decisions and control the money all those years why should it change.
Yes! It’s mad to think how close we are to not being allowed financial control, we are certainly luckier than our mothers and grandmothers xx
great video weather is horrendous got caught in it coming home from work
Another awesome stuff. ❤
We're in Scotland and had to hold down our trampoline legs with extra roof tiles 😂. Other than that we've luckily escaped anything crashing into our house. Will need to look at the roof tomorrow
Oh crumbs hope everything is ok 👍🏻
New channel here could do with some love 😊 I’m on with sorting our wills and end of life books this year. ❤
I found the zip envelopes annoying - so I cut them off just below the zip. Saves buying new ones for now.
I did so too and it works just fine.
Ditto - much better without the zips 😊
Great video ❤ I hope you have a lovely weekend 😊
Thank you! You too! 😊
Take off the plastic clips on your wallets. Emily did that from Autumn Budgets it works! Great video
Great tip! Thanks 😊
I certainly do 😘 thank you Jo 🫶 xx🍄🧡🦊🍂
It's been windy here up north 😢 wills..I'm lucky I did mines already. Definitely something to think about these sort if things. Great cashstuffing ❤
Thanks ☺️
Great video, totally agree about sorting wills etc we had to arrange special trusts for our eldest so the government can’t touch her money should something happen to us. We didn’t want them being able to take her money to pay for care needs etc. one of those things that just has to be done. Xx
Totally agree, you have to really plan don’t you otherwise it can bit you on the bum 😊
I also have loads of birthdays in jan and feb, 3 friends, 3 family members mine at end of jan and my son on 8th feb 😩😩😩😩 will be glad when they are over, we had the storm not too much damage where i live but some really bad damage not too far away, we are to get snow tonight, but nothing will dull my happiness, my bff who is 80 is getting home from hospital yayyy!! We love her so much ❤❤❤ xxx
Oh that’s great news, stay safe xx
@@budgetsavegrow thank you ❤️❤️❤️ xxx
Hi I had the same problem with fitting everything in two folders. I took the zipper off and then trimmed right the way across the top so it turned them just into slip in envelopes if that makes sense, worked for me. Also saved money as I didn’t have to buy more envelopes x
Ooh that’s a good idea! 👍🏻
You speak so much common sense and are so encouraging. Thank you 🙏🏼 ❤
Thanks for watching 😊
Wow..I needed this.. ❤❤
Thanks for watching 😊
I’m still using my original cash envelopes that you showed us using the birthday/Christmas cards folded and laminated as I didn’t want to buy anything new
Fantastic ❤😊
I did get caught up in the scratch and envelope craze. I knew i was in trouble when i counted at least 20 challenges that i wasnt even using...i think i just like buying them
It’s so easily done, everything is so pretty 😊
Great vlog 😊thank you x
Hope your son feels better soon, good to hear of an egg always a good sign with a head bump bless him…. Love hearing it from your point of view, thanks for the incentive and inspiration to save for the following year it makes all the difference ❤and you don’t really notice when it’s put away🎉
Thanks Est ❤
Thank you for a more detailed insight into your budget! I've said it before and I'll say it again, you've helped me a lot with my own budget and managing my expectations to fit with reality, I love your simple approach and it has really helped me to plod along diligently. A big thank you! I hope the boy is doing ok!
Thanks so much, so glad we are plodding along together 😊❤
Where did you find the red tin change can..
It was a gift from my husband, he found it in a charity shop, it’s a beautiful vintage tin. ❤
Hello sweetie, new sub here supporting and enjoying your video.🥰🤗💕💕💕
Thank you so much 🤗
Subbed back ❤
@budgetsavegrow 🤗🥰💕💕💕
Very good advice all round. If you are in a relationship another thing to think about on the subject of one day being single is to make sure you both understand how the finances work, including any insurance policies for life/house/car. Quite often you hear how one partner is responsible for looking after the 'admin' and it's very stressful to try and muddle your way through once that partner is no longer around.
Great advice, I see this slot in my work as a dementia advisor, we have little financial ’dates’ where we talk through how everything is going, it is so important isn’t it. 😊
Lovely advice ❤
Thanks 😊
My little ended up needed a little operation but the NHS waiting list was 2 years so we had to go private because the impact of the wait on her day to day life was too much, it was £3500. You never know what will happen! Brilliant video as always 🥰
Thanks for sharing!! Hope all is well now. Think we might have a private consultation coming in our not too distant future. Definitely going to try to build the health envelope ❤
I LOVE your videos. As soon as i see your green background, I cannot click fast enough! You and nz money karma are my favourite youtubers! Xxx
Oh thanks so much, that’s a lovely thing to say, thanks for coming along for the journey. I’ll go and give that channel a sub ❤
❤❤❤fab advice❤❤❤
Such a lovely video ❤
Thank you!! 😊
Fabulous video my lovely bestie 🥰 loved this 🫶 I never expected to be a single parent with my 3, one disabled it’s been a massive leaning curve over the last few years, as you know with no help! But my kids know what to do if a die now because we need to be grown up! Love your set up ❤️ & that’s why I’m on a no buy year & I make all my own cash stuffing things now! Also don’t forget lots of us have tons of freebies to help too 😊xx🧡🍂🍄🦊
Thanks lovely, it’s so easy to get tempted by all the beautiful stuffing gear lol. My low spend Jan is going ok though so I’m motivated to keep going 🎉 love to you and yours. 😊
Loved loved this video hun! Quite a powerful video! Thanks to this video i'm changing things up for the better! Hope the Boy recovers well! Sending lots of hug!
Thanks for watching, so happy you liked it. I was worried it was going to sound preachy but it’s just a few thoughts on how we do things. 😊
Thank you for your video. This has been such a sensible video on cash stuffing. I adore your channel and am so glad you are back 🎉
Oh Thank you so much for saying that, I really appreciate it 😊
You are 100% right about the health thing, i had soooo many hospital appointments from september, in novemeber i had 6 different hospitals in 1 week, they are building a big train station here and buses werent coming for hours so i was spending a fortune on taxis which i really begrudged ( i dont drive) but it made me see i need a fund for that as i have quite a lot of appointments at hospitals. You and my son would get on the best olives and cheese 😂😂😂 i hate olives but i am going to have to develop a taste for them as i was diagnosed with the brittle bone thing, im never liked milk or many diary products. But do like real greek yoghurt, olives was on the list of foods to help the bones, so was tins of bony sardines 🤮🤮🤮 i said to my son im not eating bony fish i may start liking olives 😂😂😂😂. I prefer low money cash stuffers as its lovely to see the goals being achieved on small amounts because really thats what most peoples lives are like. I have my friends bday on the 27th mine on the 30th and jordans ( my son) on the 8th of feb, i cant wait to get them over to start saving again, last year was a terrible year but us women are strong and we are optimistic even in the darkest of times. I feel your pain with your wee boy growing my son was same i used to say to him it would take 500 a week to feed you 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤ xxx ps hope the wee fella is ok now xxx
Oh Jo! Sorry you’re going through all that, the boy is on the mend now, but full of flu too poor thing. Good luck on your olive journey 😂 I love the green ones, oh and cheese is just a gift from God lol. Take care lovely 🥰
