I could not understand despite the marathon clarifications on the political party vis a vis legislative party by SINGHAVI SIR & SIBBAL SIR, that' the political party is supreme..what prevents the judgement on DISQUALIFICATION OF MLAS . Is there a conspiracy with top leaders of the country to delay the judgement?

Jai Shree Ram , As custodian of democracy , CJI should have set up special bench to solve the issue of illegally formed govt. in Maharashra'. Instead of This case 😂was delayed . Now term of present illegal govt . is already over. What is the use of giving judgement now.? This act has damaged reputation of judiciary.

Sibbal Sir, The Shinde group betrayed voters as the voters voted for ideology & goodwill of the political party & not the candidate Take the example of Borivali, two MLAS, NAMELY TAWADE V& SUNIL RANE ,who were not residing in Borivali & unknown to Borivali voters were elected ON THE STRENGTH OF GOODWILL of BJP as political party.All these candidates were new faces for Borivali .BJP won earlier elections including Piyush Goyal not residing in Borivali & UNKNOWN TO BORIVALI VOTERS was elected because the voters voted for ideology & goodwill of the party . Governor is not an Arbitrator to compromise between 2 factions of one party. Governor is who look after the governance by the elected government. If 2 bench/5 bench Justices can nullify any schemes/laws approved and passed by more 245 elected MPs, why the Governor should not raise objection for bad laws/schemes approved/passed by the Legislative members ?

SCI may just delay the case until 3rd week of November, then elections and whatever SCI decides would be meaningless. This time may be CJI may visit Ayodhya temple to seek guidance; what to decide.

Sibbal Sir, When the constitutional matter is pending with the Supreme court & when it requires clarifications ,any decision given by GOVERNOR OR SPEAKER without waiting for SUPREME COURT'S JUDGEMENT, if found illegal then the CJI BENCH should not only pass the Strictures but also award such government authorities exemplary punishment so that it will be lesson for such corrupt authorities & nobody will dare to abuse the power in future.

Sibbal Sir, You are a great professor The way you explain the constitution is that "Any person can understand," I understand that Tushar Mehta, prosecutor may not understand as it's beyond his capabilities to understand. I don't think CJI doesn't know about the constitution. But the rampant corruption in the government made the systems corrupt. I feel there should be a law for the person accepting "Post retirement benefits should be awarded exemplary punishment" so that in future no person will dare to accept such benefits. Corruption has infected all areas, even did not leave the judiciary from infection. WHAT "20 times "TARIKH PE TARIKH " indicate?
