How to Make Ekko's Mask from Arcane using LEATHER!
How I made an Ekko mask from the show Arcane on Netflix. In typical me fashion I choose leather over other materials but my pattern would also work with 2mm foam if that's your thing.

Mother of dragons!
🐉
Brilliant! I have listened to this part of the audiobook so many times🤣 Also what happened to your other channel? Did it get taken down?
No I just don't have time to do both
Ah that's fair, thanks for responding!
Oh my god this is so real
Fire 🔥 Literally 🩸 Blood, sweat, and tears are poured into this cosplay 😅
These all look so cool! Just the range of forms and colors you have is wonderful. Love the ekko mask, too!
I love everything ❤
Shamefully my artistic output wouldn't even make a short 😅🤷🏻♂️
I have a problem 😅
That's insane, well done!
Thank-you!
KNOWLEDGE!
The more you know!
Such a beautiful scenery, bag and outfit! 🤩
100% relatable, and the stretched too thin side effect would be well worth it, IMO 😝
The algorithm keeps showing me leather workers and now I have a new hobby to research 😂
It's fate 😆
This is gorgeous well done!
Thank-you!
Marvellous!!!
I love change mail but im broke af and cand make it same with leather sckal mail
Im trying to make a tunic for ren fest with a small cloak or something, im height 4"11😂 ima hobbit
I'm gonna share this. More people need to see it.
I'm loving all the quotes you crowbar into this. Really wonderful watch. Thank you.
Why didn’t you dye it before putting on the grommets and lace? I’m new to leather work and I’m genuinely interested in learning.
For almost every other project I'd recommend dye before adding things like grommets & lace. For this project I chose to dye afterwards mainly because I wanted it to look weathered. Getting dye & antique down in all the cracks & holes adds to the weathered look.
That's creepy AF 😆
Get off that dope 😂😂😂😂😂
That longbottom leaf though
She's going on an adventure!
The road goes ever on and on...
Where is this i need to know so i can pretend im hunting Orks 😂
Everything in this short is just 😍
Thank-you!
I literally cannot control myself while hiking! I have to make LOTR and Narnia references the WHOLE TIME
I am jealous of that hat
It's my favorite 😆
Nice. Looks more like hair to me than wood though
i am coming here after discovering that same *extremely* confusing alley cat scratch website and i’m so glad i found this video lol i am determined to become a wizard this winter and finally my dreams will come true 😂
This is a great tutorial, but I'm planning on making one for my son and I feel like the hood will be too snug around his head. How would I adjust the pattern so that the facial opening is a bit larger, without making the neck hole bigger?
Oh wow that’s beautiful. That pattern would make awesome costume accents
I've made so many woodgrain accessories! It's my favorite pattern.
Bad ass
I love the length of the hood but the opening is much smaller that I imagined it would be. It is snug around my face so it needs some adjustment.
I have been blessed to have stumbled upon this channel. I am working on a very very very specific unique outfit and i might need to learn leatherworking, i would love to see more videos and see what i can learn, and if i can achieve what i want with it. ❤❤❤
Love it!
Great video. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything. All the best 😊👍🏼
Amazing
I really like your gray/green fleece! Do you have a link for that? Thank you for a great tutorial! I made one yeara ago from a MUch more complicated one. I need to make a new one from yours!
Unfortunately I don't have a link. I know it's anti-pil fleece and I got it online from a fabric store in the UK. Not super helpful sorry. 😅
Amazing work! Arise! Arise, riders of Théoden!
I'm not entirely sure why, but it looks, almost, more like it's a "more realistic" take on a troll doll...might be the hair there
I was a pre-teen in the era troll dolls were popular. Just needs pointier hair 😆
Your Orc army GROWS!!! Today, your living room, in 50 years, THE WORLD!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!
If I make another one next year I've truly abandoned reason for madness. My plan was to make "bad guys" every Orc-tober (I AM working on a balrog), but then I got... distracted and made another baby. 😅
Awesome!
Not to make an annoying pun but this whole video is riveting. I love every step of the process, the jokes, the couple seconds of you humming the uruk hai theme haha. You're SO skilled! Leather crafting, sculpting, painting, Authentic Battle Damage. Damn girl you do it all. 10/10 (AND he looks so good at the end obviously.)
Now what about this video makes you think I would be annoyed by a pun? 😆 Thank-you so much for your lovely comments!
...and that's how the Westfold fell 😞
Where was Gondor?
@@SnappingDragonDenethor ran that orphanage
it fits so well. nicely done
Thanks! It was fun to design
Looks like meat is back on the menu 🥩🥩🥩
What about their legs? They don't need those.
I'm only 1/3 of the way through the video, and it is so very helpful. Clearly explained and in-depth! If I am mathing right, yours required near 2.6 meters of fabric (127 x 2)
Bred for one purpose... Cuddles!
Awesome channel! 😊 I just stumbled into here! :D
Hi! Great tutorial :) I noticed the shape you made for the hood is kind of kite shaped, is this necessary to make the hood? If yes, how big does this size need to be? Thanks!
If to make the same shaped hood in the final result, yes that's the shape that gets you there. The size is covered in the video. Of course there are lots of other shapes of hoods out there!
@SnappingDragon it worked out really well, thank you!😃
You absolutely killed this!! I'm so thankful you shared 👍
