First mission I'm struggling with on Titan. I'll definitely try out that Roc strat and also using crocs & walls. Thanks for the tips! Edit: with a lot of cursing and save scumming I finally did it. Absolutely brutal mission.

Took me almost 8 hours to beat this mission on titan difficulty, this is by far the most challenging mission in the entire campaign

I just reached this mission and it's bane of my existence. I keep trying to complete it on Hard but get overwhelmed on the 3rd wave. They just keep coming and coming. They are attacking me from 3 sides. EDIT: Finished it in 1 hour and 5 min on HARD. I was so angry with this map that I massacred every unit and every building before finishing it.

I think you're lucky that they only attack from one side, when I'm going to play the enemy comes from all directions

They need to make the neutral mummies not use their special attack on this mission. I have absolutely no idea how you are supposed to get to the gold in the south, let alone take the temples out early without losing your entire army in the process. We only have one hero on this mission. It's unfair.

I really tried to pass this mission by the conventional way and I cannot. It's completely unbalanced. Great idea.

Man retold is so much more difficult than the OG. I literally spent like 2 days trying to beat this level on titan and ended up conceding and just did it on moderate just to progress.... and even that was harder then it should have been

Nice try to not activate the enemy by not going to the Tc but they dont care. I tried the same with attacking the temples but then i saw them running around with the first attack wave.

dang... so I learned that if you don't finish building the settlement until 5:50, that is the maximum amount of time you possibly get to prep defenses and raid giants walls for favor. I didn't think to boat cheese. I really feel like they are trying to get you to spam ranged heros and throwing axemen behind walls because that's the closest I've gotten yet.

Man i was trying to beat this level with 1 arm behind my back lol i didnt even think to get the son of osiris or use siege weapons on the temples with the roc. I built a million walls to delay them and get the AI stuck while i got all my research done and finally i was able to push them back far enough to get the tree chopped but wow it took awhile to figure out a way to do it

Just FYI you can finish it way faster by walling off the AI with Trees, make 4 villagers, put all villagers on wood/gold, using 2 remaining villagers to make the granaries on all 4 settlements, then kill with only the 3 heroes. I think I finished around the 6 minute mark.

The Roc strat to snipe their temples and croc defense really helped me on hard difficulty, thank you for those strats. No more scarabs on top of the BS amount of elephants they spam. I didn't go with Son of Osiris but I had a ton of food banked and went with mass Avengers, priests and crocs after turtling up. Also if you have 20-30 villagers chopping the tree, you can finish the tree from full HP in a minute. You only need enough military to occupy them while your vills chop the tree. Hard difficulty is enough for me and they still spammed nonstop.

Struggling with this one even on Hard. On my latest try the AI used Tornado on my main TC followed by 2 back to back assaults with elephants. A bit too much for me to handle.

This one is insane I had to spam farms from the beginning to go tier 3 and then spam walls an elephants and son of Osiris was my MVP

I have to laugh. I was looking up guides for the campaigns without using resource cheats, and I find pro cheese strats!

My God, it's really difficult, it's the first mission that makes me see different community strategies. The Roc thing was a good idea

Ahhh, I stayed up until 2 AM to play on release and played it all night. Was so worth it. Although I can't really pull all-nighters anymore, I felt like a kid again! Now over 26 hours worth of playtime later, and having finished the campaigns on moderate, time to watch one of the best tackle it on titan. Can't wait to see how you passed missions 18 and 30, because those were a surprising jump in difficulty, even on moderate.

So glad to not only have remastered content in Retold, but some whole new missions as well!

Officially the biggest Norse base in the entire game... It has 3 freaking town centers!!!

2 berserkers with 10 health won the level. You can't make this sh*t up man

It's fun to have an all-naval mission, but man was it annoying to fight 3 enemies at once...

Did not expect to be herding cows when I started this level, but here we are...

Yeah this mission is really difficult, certainly worse than A Long Way from Home.

Keep them coming. Really nice to get good tips and tricks on how to beat the missions

How much population does someone need to have as much mythic units like kronos had there waiting for you haha

The first part of the mission might have been trimmed down a bit, but the second part sure made up for that

Well at least you can't say I didn't try to cheese this one...

The forest power got buffed and there is no delay between casts so i don't even have to wait to lock the enemy bases :D

They went above a beyond so the titan can't be killed before the timer runs out and yet... here we are hahahah

Turns out this level is still insane, but it's a different kind of insanity

At least they send some Satyrs alongside the varried composition of Prometheans now...

Either heroes got a huge buff or manticores now suck or both

Another level where they didn't change almost anything and that's a good thing!

This one can be cheesed once more, it's just a different kind of cheese. This one is much stinikier :D

It's so weird when you aren't struggling with this mission... And that all the plenty vaults give normal resources hahahah

I'm really glad they didn't invalid the speedrun strat on this level

This is literally the same mission as the original. I saw no changes in it whatsoever hahaha

What is the cheese strategy? (I assume it is the Amara jumping cheese?) Can you please make a tutorial video of it?
