Greetings. I'm just viewing some of your content. I am very interested in your goal of exploring the spiritual side of extreme metal. Do you see theistic Satanism as a necessary element related to black metal? In other words, do you reject or dislike more atheistic forms of Satanism or left-hand path philosophy? Personally, I am more interested in black metal that attempts to reach the spiritual or non-material realm. A philosophy and music that seeks knowledge and self-improvement, not simple hedonism or self worship. On the other hand, I am open to receiving entities such as Belial as an archetype or impersonal energy. Anyway, I will keep an eye for more updates.

Greetings and salutations! I appreciate the time and energy you took to ask such a great question. Also, I do like your approach. \m/ I also like black metal, which attempts to reach the spiritual or non-material realm more than those that don't. Philosophy and music seek knowledge and self-improvement, not simple hedonism or self-worship exactly as you said I do find myself relating to your views there. So to answer your question, I don't reject or dislike more atheistic forms of Satanism or left-hand path philosophy, but I appreciate the Black Metal that is unlimited and unrestraint as its origins represent it. I draw from the Luciferian current 218 (Frater Akhtya - Michael W. Ford) so when I tap into Black Metal I prefer the more spiritual approach and philosophy that embraces the Occult Philosophy that comes with it inherently. So long it remains true to its Occult rebellious nature that seriously condemns what prevents this form of true individualism, I don't feel the need to condemn it unless it becomes restricted and unrecognizable to its origins' true and raw nature. Still, I will say the atheistic approach is only necessary if you want to manifest things in life using the Occult securely, a way that is practical to safeguard you from giving away too much power from that which is truly coming from within = which comes back to the embrace of self-worship's relevance as a Luciferian. Theistic approach only becomes beneficial also if you are an initiate of Sorcery OR Magick, simply because if you don't have the vision to create with your mind and embrace the art of creation from a vision beyond what is seen, then you will always fail as an initiate of the Occult practices since manifestation needs vision and what they call as faith in religious context if that makes sense. So, my answer is no, but I prefer Black Metal which is known as Orthodox, simply because it's the unrestraint form and remains true to the origins of the elements as to why it is known and felt as Black Metal. My taste in Black Metal or even other forms of Extreme Metal is Occult forms. I even enjoy Occult Rock more than just rock for this same reason, the fact that the music is connected to Occult perception and experience is really what is most important on a more personal note. But, I enjoy Black Metal which is real and unrestraint and true to its original nature so it's not a problem to have a more Atheistic approach or more than just that. As long as people acknowledge the level of maturity that it involves and do not treat it like it's just music, cause it simply ain't just music to me Occultists tapped into this life to this extent. Perspective, context, and approach really play a sacred Spiritual role in this form of music.

@EsotericExtremeMetalPhilosophy I greatly appreciate your response. One idea I have always been fascinated in is how the theistic/orthodox black metal scene developed. I am focusing specifically on pillars such as Malign, Ofermod, Deathspell Omega, Funeral Mist, Ondskapt, Watain, etc. It seems to have been sparked from Euronymous' attitude and vision. This quote will always stand out “We are but slaves of the one with Horns” I can imagine this had quite an effect on young obsessed black metal fans from Sweden, France, and all over the world. You can see the direct connection in a band like Ondskapt starting with their Slave Under his Immortal Will ep. What is most interesting is that these bands focused on theistic Satanism seemed to take on a view similar to Calvanism or reformed deterministic Christianity. One is literary elected to serve the Devil or Satan. A philosophy quite different from the individualistic self empowerment of most Satanists, Luciferians, or Left hand pathoccultist. It is also this idea that fanatics who think they are serving the Abrahamic God are actually doing the work of the Adversary. I find this concept very interesting. I am not convinced however that many of these bands were actually committed to this deterministic form of theistic Satanism. Many more recent statements and interviews from the bands I stated seem to acknowledge the role that youth and mindset played with the more extreme statements. I would be interested in your thoughts on this?

Hail!!! Excellent lesson. The knowledge bestowed here is of great importance. There is a reason why black metal exists and what makes it different to other genres is the flame that it possesses, the rebellious nature towards conformity and now one can say that this is present in all metal and more so punk music but here lies the difference. The subjection to the modern world. The one that has been shaped by the agents of the demiurge, to bind and blind. To deny thyself. To those who don't know, there is a reason why you feel a surge of power when listening to black metal. It is what we call "The Black Flame" there is also a reason why you are drawn to black metal and why you found this channel. Read the signs it is everywhere. Hear the call. It is always there. The Dragon blesses those whom have been chosen and who heeds to the call. For those with eyes to see and ears to hear. 🔥🔥🔥

With gratitude, that's good to know. There were biased perspectives involved with the church arson stories on the news, so I had to set the record straight here by doing it right. Also shedding light on the importance of how a story is told and that there are roots that explain why many of those bands committed church arsons. Many do not go into much depth about the roots of the Extreme Metal philosophy, especially Black Metal, and re-defined Black Metal such as Norwegian Black Metal.

My great grandfather was born in Oslo, I was raised christian but no longer practice any faith, abrahamic religions have decimated every native culture they have ever come across, in clouding mine and yours, I couldn't understand why varg torched those churches until i woke up and became aware of what the abrahamic religions truly are, I understand why varg torched them, I often wonder how life would be different had my ancestors hadn't been forced to convert and abandon their native religion, the older I get the more I think about it, maybe some version of me would have grown up in Norway

The only sad part is, we will never know unless enough of us seek to find out what would happen going forward once knowing the Old becomes a norm if that make sense, but is just a theory of my own opinion. \m/
