Hi, is it possible to use the unit with the Selektion Wheel like the original BMW Navigator?

6 hours of my time and four blades wasted. I made four tools at 23.5 mm as stated. put the tooi in the lock and I cant figure out what you are pushing on on the wafer to get enough pressure to move it. you shot show on the wafer where the contact is to "turn" the tool.

didn't work! Maybe show it actually in the case and REMOVE it like the title says.

More info please. The title says lock removal. Can you show it in the case and how to remove it?

Hi Mate I’m trying to covert my hand guard indicators to the standard front as you have on your I presume your has the enduro pack . My dealer can’t find the part number for the black cowl that supports the standard indicators. He needs a chassis number of an enduro pack bike or the actual part number would you be able to help me ?

Fyi, if you unscrew the BMW nav mount you'll be able to bolt the Garmin mount onto either the plastic block below, or replace the plastic block with a standard 12mm GPS mount block clamped onto the 12mm bar below that. Much neater! Store the parts you took off for if you decide to sell the bike.

Hello, does the whole thing move with the Giviplate, as can be seen in the video, even when the top case is mounted on it?

I would be interested to know if the bar sweeps back at more of an angle as I find the stock ones hard on my wrists. Also does the bar come back closer to you and how much. Thanks

I just brought the same bike which comes with lower crashbars, still undecided weather i need upper crashbars they are not cheap and extra weight,

i dont know if it was just me but sound was only coming from left speaker anyone else have this issue? might be worth checking the rendering settings

Finally, it worked!! It took a many attempts but just like magic it popped out!! Delighted. The keys seem locked in though, any idea why that would be?

Is it possible to remove the Navigator bracket (the part that sticks out to the left of the 18 pins Garmin power connector)? That would make it even less bulkier.

Key information, thank you. To round out the tool design, it looks like the shaft is about 2.5mm in width, and the spade at the end is about 2mmx5.5mm. Using a hacksaw blade is brilliant - I tried to make a tool out of a bracket that I had, but the metal was too soft. Very helpful, thanks!

I bought the new BMW Connected Navigator that came out in November 2023. I don't like it as much as my Zumo XT. On the connected ride, I can't read the streets, there is no "Home" setting, it doesn't tell you on a banner what street you're on or which street you're approaching like the Zumo does. So I ordered the 3DAM and watched your video to put it together (yours is the best on TH-cam). I didn't put the locking slide on mine either. That way I can switch out and alternate between the connected ride and the Zumo, just by snapping and in or out of the cradle. Thanks for posting, it was a big help.

What about the voltage supplied / required by the XT vx the Nav 6 ?
