What rates and expo are you using?

It's not a ESC. it's the spektrum AR637-T Reciever. Not ESC. ESC is abbreviation for Electronic Speed Control. What you talk about and show is a (the) reciever you chose. Nothing to do with ESC.

HH still shows in stock. Do you expect a new one is coming out? Or is the ST the replacement?

Looking forward to hearing what the issue was. Was this with your T33 mod? With the OG retract servo or a servo reverser on the T33 one? I love my T-28 1.2m also. Still waiting on a replacement strut connector from MotionRC. Probably will not buy from them again as their shipping times are horrible. I bought 6 so I have some backups though.

In the beginning my first takeoff of my H-King V2 looked exactly like your video 🙂 I had to learn with several tries: 1. point directly into the wind, 2. max. 30-35% throttle at start and 3. be conscious of holding it very straight! If e.g. left side "hangs" a little it has to go left directly after the takeoff. The good news: only thing which "broke" up to now was one string cut by the prop :-). Meanwhile I learned the knot "Palstek" (in German) and have a first aid set for this on the flying field (string, something to measure, scissors, lighter and a white pencil).

I believe your problem is with the rear tires been way bigger than the front ones. These cars have identical diffs front and rear and by having those tires you are making them turn at different speeds. Just a theory. I have a Mojave Grom running 70mph with stock diffs, and on 3s and it had never broken anything. Just saying, something to look at. Nice car, love all the billet 👍

As others have pointed out, the TTE is not discontinued nor out of stock. I've had the Google bring me to the discontinued version that looks exactly the same when I try to find it for the manual or spare parts. I love my TTE and my ultra stick 1.1m so I think the SWS would be a great plane down the road

Update on my last comment bud. I took mine out today and its easy bc we are all thinking full thurst on our planes to take off and your only to do is about 35% on take off and once I got mine up I messed up also with giving more throttle and it climbed and went into a tree and I lost it bc I cant climb a 50 foot tree so there it will sit until the wind or whatever brings it down. Use only max 35 thrust. and then keep it there!!!

I have the same castle sys.inmy granite grom, 47mph at this point! 2s mind you. Stock pinion. 20mph wheel stands at full throttle to 40 mph on the rear wheels! Have fun!

I never could get my TTE to stop pulling up past half throttle in a3sx mode..even moving the battery to the furthest forward point to make it nose heavy. People say it's just the high lift and dihedral of the wing with very high loading. I did add a bit of lead fishing weight and it helped a lot combined with a 450 mah battery

I think the Super Timber 1.7 is my favorite: Timber X characteristics, highly visible paint and excellent connectors. I currently have a UMX Turbo Timber Evo and UMX Timber X. The Timber Evo is just pure fun, and if I want to defy gravity, I borrow my son's Timber X.

The turbo timber evolution is not discontinued

The 12x6 two bladed propeller gave me more power and almost double the flight time as the stock propeller on the Turbo Timber Evolution. As someone mentioned, the old Turbo Timber Evolution is not discontinued. The V1 with the thinner gear springs and the smaller ESC is discontinued.

Just got the TTE what prop did you put on it and i have a v2 with 70amp esc

programm 3 throttelcurves. 30% start ,50% normal flight , 100 % power. increse weight up to 2 kg.this should help

I agree I have the super timber and I like the quick connect and ease of setup and flys very easy. I changed out my tires with a extra set of Draco tires bc I dont like those bouncy like a jungle gym tires it comes with. Thanks for sharing bud👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Brandon, very nice comparison and timely for me. I'm considering the Super or the 1.5m. Also, what aftermarket landing gear was used on the TTE? Have you flown the Carbon-Z Cessna 150T 2.1m? I'm curious how that would compare. Not a Timber but a high wing and it seems to be a bit like these. On the discontinued front...I think it is the older one, EFL105250, that is discontinued. The EFL105250B came out over the summer and is showing In Stock when I look. I suspect the "B" versions are the new ones and still available.

Such a nice flying plane! I'm on my first low wing plane now a E flite 1.1m T-28 would this be a good next step? Also what tires have you installed? I mostly fly off grass and really don't care for the small foam tires currently on my T-28.

This might pull my eye away from the Pitts S1S!

For a short-field landing, you want a much steeper approach angle, and don't try to put it down too soft.

Not that it matters to me because depending where you look you'll get conflicting answers! But planes typically do Aerobatics and Acrobatics are typically done by a person!
