In episode 4, we take laser scans of our Cessna 150 to create 3D models of the aircraft. These models are made in preparation for designing the installations for our advanced custom-built in-house autopilot. Ribbit has been developing an advanced autopilot capable of automated taxiing, take-off, and landing for the past four years. This Cessna 150 will be converted into our second prototype and research platform for future developments.
