    thank you so, SO much for this video. i had no idea so many things in my life might be as a result of a diagnosis i didn't even think would be true for me, because i always thought it had to look a certain way. i will definitely be looking more into that, and you're honestly amazing❤️ also - when you talked about your doctor, do you mean like a family doctor or a psychologist?

    needed this reminder to rest. i pressure myself into go go go go mode all the time to get ahead or catch up or be on time or whatever and it’s never good enough for me. need to take some rest time for myself

    I also get really worn out from small tasks! Tried so many things to change my energy levels but I could totally nap most days 😄 Thanks for sharing your day + the reminder to rest x Ps. I laughed at the Yogurt pot making 'you feel like a little kid' 😄🥰 I also get that feeling with juice boxes haha

    I've been on concerta for like 15 years on and off, and it lasts longer than other meds so it can make it hard to sleep if you take it late. I have never had an issue with sensitivity that I haven't just chalked up to ADHD, but who knows.

    You should try using a razor blade to scrape off that palette, you'd be surprised how much can come off. Plus it's super satisfying

    this is so soothing. I have ADHD too and I love your idea of using colorful crates to help with clutter. I also had side effects with concerta. it took me a couple of months of trying different meds at different doses before I found a a good fit. It was a process. also dropping caffeine helped immensely. hope you find the right fit soon!

      I recently dropped caffeine and it has helped so much! I'm glad you found something that works <3 I plan on sticking out concerta for a couple months and switching if it doesn't work out

    I take concerta and have appreciated it! It made my anxiety spike for the first few weeks and everything felt overwhelming, and now about a month or so in I'm feeling more grounded and solid. I also don't experience the heart rate increase or hard drops in the evening times anymore. It just took some balancing (: overall, its been the best thing for my mental spirals and attention - I notice it largely in workshop delivery and driving. Best of luck in your medication journey, friend!

    Hey! I took concerta a while ago. I liked it because it didn’t impact my appetite like vyvanse. But it gave me really bad anxiety, irritability, sweating, low appetite, muscle tension, mood swings, and suicidal ideation. I started on 18, then 27, then back to 18. It was moderately good for my adhd so it wasn’t worth the anxiety and I got off it. Everything went back to normal afterwards and I was probably on it for like 3-4 months. I love your channel and Tiktok, feel free to ask any questions❤️
