Hey dude, I'm assuming you're playing the current season of cc-ro. Nowadays you'll want 3x pitman on your left and 3x andre larva on your right hand. DPS has fallen a lot since this video since bolters have been getting consistent nerfs each season, so with a good endgame setup with bless you'll probably be lucky to 8-9 shot them with bolts or 6-7 with assassin costume with execute and some str specced in. There's not really a trick to casting fast, if you want to go bolter sin you really should prioritize flat cast reduc cards like beholder(huge gamechanger w/ 3x pitman), hylo, wraith dead, etc, and cast delay cards like myst case, shelter, venatu, etc. I don't think its possible to hit the magical 140 int breakpoint anymore without heavy heavy optimization and food, so try to stack as much flee and agi as possible for more survivability at least. Remember that clicking around cancels the cast animation of skills which helps a lot since sins have pretty long animations, which along with more agi stacking should help a bit with casting bolts faster.

Its in the title, "solo dual" as in 1 computer 2 clients lol. Also server is pretrans, sprites are cosmetic

All bio3 mvps do ele changes at set hp intervals at a chance, Sniper has a chance to change ele to water at <70% hp. You can look at 8:13 for the grey aura she does which is a visual cue that she ele changed, or pay attention to your damage

My build isn't a 150 dex build, its a more custom pre-trans server where collecting cards gives some flat bonuses to characters, so you're actually able to (or used to before they patched it this season lol) hit instacast through stacking cast reduc through card bonus effects and equipment. The extra skills (warp/leap) are also from card bonuses but are more qol oriented so not really necessary for sniper. Since I dump dex I basically stack flee/pdodge in my gear and agi stats which is why I'm able to flee a lot of stuff. Also I forgot to mention but since this server is actually pre-trans, the costume is 90% cosmetic with some small bonuses like a little acd/more firewall instances. I'm functionally a wizard/priest still in this video

Yep, combination of server based custom card effects reducing a lot of damage+ranged reduc damage stacking with noxious, horn and alli. This vid definitely won't be replicable on a vanilla pretrans server but it should be easily doable on a standard trans server since there's more gear/skill access so you can do more cheese-y things haha

Hey! I don't think its possible with /effect, you'll probably have to keep effects on and make a custom grf for yourself.

Technically any class that can equip ice falchion and ele sword can abuse the bolt properties of the weapon. Assassins are unique in that they can dual wield elemental swords which affects the behavior of the bolts. :)
