I'm also faced the same issue, I purchased a practice scored test and the my money has been deducted from the credit card, and no confirmation mail or receipt. Still waiting for it. I have filled the form and sent them, but there is no response from the PTE team.

Same. I purchased a mock test. But before I receive the voucher, I completed my PTE real exam. I raised a complaint. It's pathetic. They will take 5 days to take action against the complaint.
