This project is a complete disaster. They aim to extract your entire payment within 6 months using a construction-linked plan. There has been no development for the past few months, and work has completely halted. It's highly likely they will abandon this project after taking your money. The rates are already inflated by 30k/sqyd as the nearby OMAXE project where rates are only 60k/sqyd. Only 5-10 plots have been sold here, but they create a false sense of urgency by claiming only one plot is left. I visited their sales gallery two times, and it was clear there is no transparency, the staff is mediocre (reserved) and uninformed, and there wasn't a single buyer present.
