We booked one of the cheapest holidays we could find to the Greek Island of Rhodes.
Our journey starts at Birmingham Airport (BHX) which we have never departed from before.

I attended Hull University in late 70s. Check out the campus with outstanding architecture notably the Med school.

This is so cool. I've been a fan of Harry Potter forever. Read the books and seen the movies multiple times each. I finally made my girlfriend sit down and binge the movies for her first time. We're currently in Albania but soon we are heading to the UK for a month. We're going to try and follow in your guys' footsteps. Amazing video, keep it up!
You 100% should plan more time than we did. There’s so much more to see. We loved everywhere, would have been even better in summer! Let us know how you get on with your trip, we would love to see where you get to.
Love the van what size wheels and tyres have you got on it
Its running on 215/70/16's They do not help the already not so great fuel economy, but I think they look cool!
I've got a fixed single bed (2'6") in my old HiAce. It's nice and comfy as I've got a spring mattress on it, but it does cut down the space alot and being fixed isn't very versatile. HiAce is a good van though, if you can live with the lack of headroom and mediocre fuel economy.

1136 km is a trip around the block when it comes to distances in Australia. We do this amount in a casual 2 days. Now I'm about to sit back and enjoy watching your video. Ooo, I see a kangaroo in the van.

If only the Toyota Hiace was sold in the USA. I love the shape!! I drive a Toyota Sienna that I dream to one day convert. Toyotas run forever as long as you replace the water pump around every 150,000 miles
Funny you should say that. We broke down the other day driving back from Scotland. Guess what it was? That’s right the water pump!!
The Humber Bridge, Hull's claim to fame? NO IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One end of the Humber Bridge is in Hessle which is miles outside of Hull. The other end is in Barton-Upon-Humber.
I love the passion! As a person from West Yorkshire we always associated the bridge with Hull, and I still do. We lived in Brough for a while and always thought of that as being Hull too 😂 I guess we now know that’s it’s not.
@@Outsidewithsalandlew I get mixed up with places around here. I kind of thought places like Anlaby was in Hull, but they're not. I checked with Google and some other sites. They are different places. It's the same with East Yorkshire. Everyone always says Hull is in East Yorkshire (full name East Riding of Yorkshire) but it isn't. We have a different council and some thing else. I can't be bothered to check what what's what. Everyone also thinks this is Humberside, but that hasn't existed since 1996. Even banks put Humberside in our addresses. Down Newbridge Road at one end a sign says New Bridge Road. The other end and on the corner two signs say Newbridge Road. I asked the council what the actual name is twice. they've never said.

They are yes! Much more comfy that the standard seats!
Did the Lecus RX seats bolt straight in or what modifications were needed?
Few little tweaks to get the electrics seats bit working, but other than that all good!
