There's an inaccuracy with the Flames of Hope. as the tradition doesn't start until after Cottonmouth Arrives on the continent (since he's the one that makes it) 500 Dead Humans would be 5000 Years, however, we're currently in the year 5,012 AS, which means the tradition would've started Roughly around 2 AS (as in the current year, they're asking for another sacrifice). This means there actually hasn't been 500 Deaths, but Five Hundred and ONE Deaths.
