با سلام و خسته نباشید امیدوارم که عاقبت بخیر شوید پرسشی داشتم راجع به یک الکتروموتور ۱۳۲ کیلوات ۱۴۵۰ دور VEM سیم پیچ کاملا سالم و فابریک با میگر تست کامل و سرویس شده بلبرینگ ها تعویض شده فقط یکی از فازها نوسان حدودا ۱۰ آمپر دارد قبلا ۲۶۰ آمپر بودند آلان دوفاز همون ۲۶۰ ولی فاز وسطی مدام نوسان ۲۶۹ آمپر تا ۲۶۲ دارد آیا به نظر شما صفحات رتور مشکلی ندارد با سپاس
یعنی منظورم قطع بودن بعضی صفحات روتور میباشد

در ضمن پروانه خنک کننده که در پشت الکتروموتورها هست مشاهده نشد
این الکتروموتورها پروانه خنک کن ندارند یک محفظه به عنوان خنک کن دارند که داخل اون محفظه یک الکتروموتور با پروانه وجود دارد که روی این الکتروموتور نصب میگردد . که در اینجا محفظه خنک کننده به کارگاه ما آورده نشده
با سلام و درود تشکر از زحمات شما عزیزان پرسشی داشتم راجع به الکتروموتورهای ۴۵۰۰ کیلووات که در یکی از کلیپ های شما دیدم چرا در این نوع الکتروموتور از بلبرینگ و یا رولبرینگ استفاده نشده و از یاطاقان استفاده کرده کارخانه آیا بلبرینگ مقاوم تر نیست

They should not be dragging the rotor through the stator in this manner. The paint damage will result in chips inside the gap, which is only about 1-to-2-mm. In later use, the remnant paint will start peeling, from the aerodynamic forces, and will cause more and more damage. This results in fast motor failure, not as intended, and possibly a scam job, similar to the car-engine rebuilds.
